It started with a registration form. Never forget.

A fact-check of claims that Canadians need fingerprints to enter the US. Form G-324R, a World War II registration law, was never enforced until recent DHS announcements. It requires non-citizens staying over 30 days to register with fingerprints, photo, and signature, or face jail time.

Will Canadians need to be fingerprinted to enter the US? Maybe. Let's fact-check this. Reports started spreading on social media recently that the Department of Homeland Security has a new form requiring Canadians to register their personal information with the American government. This is true. It is Form G-324R. What's not true is that this is a new law. It's actually an old law that dates back to World War II. It's just never really been enforced. A couple of weeks ago, the American government announced we are going to start enforcing it. In fact, they said they would strengthen it. Now, before we get into what the law actually says, it's worth noting that every country, every state, every city has got laws on the books that aren't enforced anymore. It's against the law to drive blindfolded in Alabama. You can't eat ice cream in Oregon on a Sunday. You can't pawn dentures in Las Vegas. That's a health law. You're not allowed to put hypnotized people on display in store windows in Oklahoma. And in Quitman, Georgia, chickens are not allowed to cross the road. Not even to get to the other side. Back to this law, though. This law requires all non-US citizens to go to a special registration center to be fingerprinted if they remain in the US for more than 30 days. And your fingerprint will be sent to the FBI. They will also capture your signature, your photograph, and send it for processing in a biometric database. They want to know your date of birth, your place of birth. And it's not just adults. The way the law is written, all non-residents 14 years and older must register and be fingerprinted within 30 days of entry. Anyone over 18 years old must carry proof of registration at all times, and if you don't, you can be jailed.
Upon completing registration, any testimony you offer in court against the Prime Minister's government, not finished operating procedures, not concerning the government, will be used against you. We The German-American Bund organized as American citizens with American ideals and determined to protect ourselves, our homes, our wives and children against the designing conspirators and the foul campaign of Jewish communism in our schools, our universities, our very homes.
