In this brief video, Tod explains that he and his wife built a grassroots website to recruit doctors and nurses to Vancouver Island. He offers the site as a template that any community can copy and customize in a few minutes. Viewers are directed to the short link b.link/infusion (without adding .com) which leads to a walkthrough page where they can input their own local information, such as community name and provincial health details. Tod highlights a supporting video tutorial and a Discord server where users can get real‑time help and share experiences. He encourages anyone to duplicate the site, edit the content for their own region, and launch it without needing to credit the original creators.

Hi, it's Tod. As some of you know, my wife and I created a website, this kind of grassroots effort to help recruit healthcare workers to Vancouver Island. And when I've talked about it, often in the comments people will say, "Well, can't you just do that for our community?" or, you know, "How do we do that for ourselves?" I can't do it for your community because I don't know your community, but we have something for you. We have created a very simple website that will let you duplicate what we've done With a few edits, should only take a couple minutes, and you will be able to have your own website. So basically, this is what it looks like. You go to b.link/infusion. Don't let it autocomplete, don't put .com or anything, just b.link/infusion, and you will get to this website, and it'll walk you through everything you'll need to know. Um, you basically are going to fill it all in with your own community information. There's a video walkthrough to tell you about the things that we learned about the Discord server, which is where a lot of the real help is happening. So anyway, There it is, b.link/infusion. Take it, duplicate it, copy it, edit in your own community information, put your community name in there, put your own provincial health information in there, and good luck. No need to credit us or anything, just start using it. Just start using it. Okay, bye.
