20-Min Total Body Blast | Boxing, Strength & Core at Crater Lake

Tommy Cassano, founder of Outdoor Body, leads a 20‑minute nonstop "Peak Fusion" workout filmed at Crater Lake National Park. The session is divided into four 5‑minute blocks: boxing combinations (jab, cross, hook, uppercut), full‑body power moves (squats, lunges, push‑ups, tricep push‑ups, side lunges), a "wild flow" complex (worm, animal‑style kicks, horse walk, crab walk, bunny hops, etc.), and core work (plank variations, crunches, high‑plank taps). Throughout the routine, Cassano provides on‑the‑fly form cues, motivational shouts, and brief educational commentary about the park’s geology (Mazama eruption, crater dimensions, depth, Wizard Island), climate, seasonal access, and stewardship principles (leave no trace). He encourages participants to repeat the circuit for a 40‑minute session, adds pre‑workout mobility and post‑workout stretching recommendations, and invites viewers to visit the park. The tone is high‑energy, instructional, and enthusiastic, blending fitness coaching with nature education.
