What's up everybody? Tommy Cassano, founder of Outdoor Body, here in Grand Teton National Park. Today we have a Peak Fusion workout. This is going to be a full body HIIT, 20 minutes nonstop. We got 5 minutes of wild flow movements, 5 minutes of core, 5 minutes of intense boxing, which is going to be full body cardio, then we're going to close it out but 5 minutes of iso glute movements. Ooh-wee, this is gonna be amazing. It is a beautiful fall morning. The leaves are turning yellow, the aspens and the cottonwoods here in Grand Teton National Park. It is stunning. I cannot wait to get after it with you right here, right now, going 110% each and every time. So we're gonna kick off this peak workout with a little bit of Wild Flow. We're going to do wild lunges, just walking back and forth. We're starting in 3, 2, and 1. Let's get it. Hands behind the head. We're just going to be doing some walking lunges. Let's go back and forth, turn around. Pretty much just lunging, calling them wild lunges because we're walking with it. It's the rut here in the Tetons, so there's moose, there's elk, there's all sorts of animals looking to mate right now, and it is wild. We got 1 minute non-stop exercises. Let's go all the way down.
Woo!
Come on, almost there. 10 seconds, let's get it. Then we're going right into our bear crawls. We— let's go! 3, 2, 1, here we go! We're gonna go keeping that core tight, shoulders directly above the wrist. Then we're gonna go backwards. So no matter if you have even a little bit of space where you're working out, you can just go forward and backwards a couple. You just want to engage that stomach Belly button to spine, core tight.
Let's go!
Oh yeah, love me some bear crawls. 25 seconds, come on, engage your core, breathing. Let's go, we got 15 seconds left. Getting right into crab dips to toe touch complex movement. 2, 1, here we go. Gonna get right into it. So we're in that dip position right here. So 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 1, 2, 3, 4. Let's go! 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. 1, 2, 3, 4.
Let's get it!
This is our crab dip touches. 4, 5. Hitting those triceps, a little bit of core. I love Wildflow because it's really Full body engagement, all of these movements. 2, 3, 4, 5. 1, 2, 3, 4. 10 seconds, let's get it. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. 1, 2, 3, 4. Standing up, here we go, we got a worm complex. So coming right down here, we're gonna push up, knee, knee, coming right back up.
Let's go.
So worming all the way down, we got push up, knee, knee. And really, the— these Wild Flow movements are a lot of upper body, so we're hitting that core, hitting that upper body, and And we got the Grand Tetons. Oh my goodness, it's beautiful. Just shy of 14,000 feet. The amazing thing with the Tetons, there's no foothills, so it's just mountains peaking straight from the valley floor. 15 seconds left. Push up, knee, knee, coming right back up. Let's go, one more. Push up, knee, knee, coming right back up. Here we go, we got wild crunches. So right here, we got a crunch, we got a crunch, we're gonna pop up right into a squat jump. So crunch, crunch, wild crunches, pop up. Squat jump, let's go. Complex movements. Wild crunch. You're in that wild stance, just like that. You're coming up, squat jump. So remember, in that wild stance, knees stay about 2 inches off the ground.
Let's go.
Coming up, squat jump.
Let's get it.
20 seconds.
Crunch.
Crunch, coming up, squat jump. Whoo! 10 seconds, come on. Coming up, squat jump.
One more.
Little past due, that's alright. Hands behind the head, we just got standing crunches. 1 minute. Breaking up all that time on the ground, engaging the core. Hands behind the head, knees and elbows touching, and crunching on each side.
Let's go.
Belly button to spine, core tight.
30 seconds.
Just had to take a look at those Tetons. The fall colors are in. They are yellow, those aspens and the cottonwoods. It is rut season, like I was saying. The animals are just everywhere. Saw this big old moose as I was coming up to this spot. Next we're going high to low plank with a crunch. All right, here we go. Get a good spot here. So high plank, low plank, crunch, crunch. Coming up, squeeze that high plank, low plank, crunch, crunch. Take your time, keep your core nice and tight.
Let's go. Up, up.
This is our core section. It's gonna be 5 minutes on the ground. It's going to be challenging. That's why we got the Peak Workout. Make it burn.
Let's go. Crunch, crunch.
It's our 20 minutes nonstop. Come on, squeeze that core tight. Last one.
Crunch, crunch.
We got our side planks. Here we go on the right side first. Alls we're doing is 30 each side. 30 right, 30 left. Then the next minute we're going high plank. Challenge yourself more. You can lift your leg up just like that, or go into a full star, or just hands behind the head, core tight, belly button to spine. 10 seconds left. Stay with me.
Woo!
3, 2, 1. Quick transition, going to the left side.
Let's go.
Oh yeah. So next we're going right into high side plank on the right. Let's go. Almost there. 10 seconds. Come on, burning it up here, Outdoor Body style. 3, 2, 1, here we go. High plank now, side high plank. Get that other hand straight up. So think of your, uh, shoulder directly above your wrist, all in one alignment. If you want, you can do a full star, challenge yourself. Here we go, 10 seconds, let's get it. Only reason I'm not doing stars, I'm on a little slope. I'm always on rocks and uneven surfaces. Switch side, let's go. Ooh, little spiky things on the ground. Here we go, that's a little bit better right there. So remember, engage your core, belly button to spine, hands straight up in the air. Let's go, 15 seconds. Stay with me, push it, come on. Next we got sprint crunches for 1 minute straight. 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1. We're on our booties right here, hands behind the head, crunching up, switching sides. So as you come up, that knee comes inside. Almost touching your calf.
Squeezing.
Breathe in. Breathe out. Breathe in. Breathe out.
Woo!
Remember, squeezing that core. Super tight.
Let's go.
All day. 15 seconds.
Engage, push it. Let's go.
Almost there. 10 seconds. Really squeeze that core. 2, 1. That's it for the core standing up. We got Boxing, jab cross, 1-2, 1-2. Remember, keep the stance nice and tight. I'm sure you did boxing before. If not, if you're right-handed, your left leg's forward. That's all you got to know. Jab cross, 1-2, 1-2. Jab cross, you're always jabbing with the arm with your leg forward.
1-2, let's go.
Full body cardio. Twist that back foot on that 2. Remember, jab comes forward. Pretty much all the other punches, think of heel, hip, shoulder are always turning.
Come on, let's go. 15 seconds. Woo!
Oh yeah. Next one's gonna be 2-3-4, a power.
So here we go.
Cross, hook, uppercut. 2, 3, 4. Cross, hook, uppercut. Think of power.
Squeeze, squeeze, squeeze.
2, 3, 4. Let's get it.
2, 3, 4.
Come on, you always bring the gloves back to the chin.
Come on, 3, 4, 2, 3, 4. Oh yeah, let's go!
This is our cardio section. Almost there. Here we go. We got 1-2, 1-2, come back as fast as you can. 1-2, 1-2, bring it back to the chin. Moving the feet around. We're boxing, baby.
Come on, 5 minutes, let's go.
Pure boxing, let's go!
1-2, 1-2.
30 seconds, doing good, looking good.
Let's get it! Woo!
15 seconds.
10 seconds.
One more. Here we go. It's going to be a power hook. So think of like a little— you want your sumo squat stance almost. Tap. I want you really engaging those hips as you turn. So it's 3-3. So it's like a, almost like a mini power squat, just a little bit dip down, then power up.
Let's go!
Down, hook, hook.
Come on, down.
Woo! 30 seconds.
Down, let's get it.
Down. You got this!
15 seconds, let's go! 10 seconds.
Next we got power uppercuts. Same thing, you can do with a boxing stance or Up, up, let's go.
Power, 4, 4, let's go.
It's 1 minute nonstop. Not speed, power. Twist, twist, all the way up.
Let's go.
Then we're getting in our iso glute section, 5 minutes nonstop.
Let's go. Come on.
We got 30 seconds left. Stay with me. Oh yeah, come on! 20 seconds. 10 seconds. Next we got dolphin glutes. That's right, here we go. Last one, nice. Here we go. So we're in a low plank position just like this, hips up right here, knees slightly bent. We're just going to crunch right here. So squeezing those glutes as you come to the top. Oh, nice and slow, engaging the core. Squeezing those glutes. This is a full body squeeze right here.
Come on.
Oh yeah, engage isolation like you're hitting those Tetons.
Come on. Woo! All day.
Come on.
Squeezing those glutes.
Whoo-wee! 10 seconds, let's go, you got this.
Oh yeah, come on.
2, 1, we're in a high plank now, right here. Now we got iso glutes high plank, then we're gonna go flat. After 30 seconds. So engage that core, belly button to spine, squeeze, over-exaggerate these glute curls. You want your heel kicking your booty.
Let's go!
2, 1. All you're doing is flopping down straight out and double. You have Your heels squeezing together. Your knees come slightly off the ground. Once again, you're over-exaggerating these glutes. Oh, let's go! 10 seconds. Then we got side raise the pump.
2.
Ooh, sometimes I can't talk, those glutes. Here we go. So right leg first, right here. You're going side, pump. Side raise, pump on the right. It's 1 minute nonstop.
Let's go.
Oh yeah, it's that glute isolation time. This is also core, so remember, always engaging belly button to spine. Over-exaggerate the process, squeezing tight. You gotta make it burn. If you don't feel it, if you're not burning, you're not working hard enough. You're not squeezing hard enough. So see, a lot of people do these with ankle weights, but at the same time, if you're doing this 1 minute nonstop and you're really concentrating neurologically on squeezing those glutes, you really don't need those ankle weights. But you can use them if you want. Here we go, 2, 1, nice. Other side, here we go, left leg.
Raise, pump, raise, pump.
Let's get it, come on, it's 1 minute nonstop.
Raise, pump, let's go.
Love these Fusion workouts, so fun, it's full body. Remember, you run this back, make it 40 minutes. 30 seconds, come on. Look at those Tetons, little snow-capped in the fall. It is amazing. Just shy of 14,000 feet, just stunning, shooting out of the valley floor, no foothills. 10 seconds, we're going to do our reverse lunge Burnouts. So 3, 2, 1. Think of your glutes, so kind of right here in a little squat position. You're coming down and you're staying down. So over-exaggerate. You want to isolate and squeeze the hammies and the glutes, everything. You're not coming straight up, you're not locking out. All you're doing is focusing on right here, burning it out, baby. Let's go, almost there. Finish strong. We got 30 seconds left of this peak workout.
Let's go. Woo!
Burning and churning. Hotter it burns, harder it tries. Let's go, we got 15 seconds. Whoo!
10 seconds left.
Finish strong, let's go! 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Let's do a squat hold, 30 seconds. A little bonus, a bonus burnout. 30 seconds, come on, stay with me. Arms straight out, we got 20 seconds, let's go! Come on, 15 seconds, almost there. Isolation. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, time.
