Beginners Boxing Cardio in Glacier NP to Burn Fat 10 minutes

Tommy Cassano, founder of Outdoor Body, leads a 10‑minute beginner boxing cardio session filmed on the shore of Lake Josephine with the Grinnell Glacier backdrop in Glacier National Park. The workout follows a 30‑second boxing‑combo / 30‑second cardio split, beginning with a jump‑rope warm‑up and progressing through fundamental punches (jab, cross, 1‑2‑3‑2 combos), footwork (boxer skip, step‑back, unders), and speed drills (double jab, uppercut speed). Throughout, Tommy provides real‑time coaching cues on stance, wrist rotation, core engagement, breathing, and pacing, while encouraging participants to repeat the circuit for a 20‑minute session and finish with mobility and stretching. The video blends instructional guidance with scenic motivation, aiming to help beginners develop boxing technique, rhythm, and cardiovascular fitness outdoors.
