Complete Full Body in 20 Minutes | Boxing HIIT Flow Core Fusion

Tommy Cassano, founder of Outdoor Body, leads a 20‑minute nonstop "Peak Fusion" workout filmed on the shores of Lake McDonald in Glacier National Park. The session is divided into four five‑minute blocks: boxing, full‑body, "Wildflow" (a mix of lunges, crunches, jacks, and yoga‑style movements), and core. Throughout the video Tommy provides real‑time cues, timing counts, and modifications while highlighting the scenic setting, temperature, and natural features of the park. He emphasizes core engagement, glute activation, and proper form for each movement—boxing combos (jab, cross, hook, uppercut), burpee variations, single‑leg squats, power lunges, sumo burpee, hip‑dip leg raises, figure‑8 rolls, and more. The tone is high‑energy, motivational, and conversational, encouraging viewers to push hard, stay tight, and enjoy the outdoors. The video concludes with a reminder that the routine can be repeated or extended, and an invitation to visit Glacier National Park.

What's up everybody, Tommy Cassano, founder of Outdoor Body, here in Glacier National Park. We are on Lake McDonald. It is a beautiful late summer afternoon and I'm so happy to give you a Peak Fusion workout. That's right, 20 minutes nonstop. We got 5 minutes of boxing, 5 minutes of full body, 5 minutes of Wildflow, 5 minutes of core. We're going hard, we're going for 20 minutes, and we are getting after it. So we're just gonna go first with some boxing movements. Gloves up with leg kicks, 1 minute in 3, 2, 1, let's go! Nice and easy, gloves up. Might get into the water a little bit. Let's go! It is just perfect temperature right now. Had to give you a workout at this time because it is, my opinion, the perfect sunlight of viewing Lake McDonald, which is the longest of the lakes in Glacier National Park.
