Whoa! Out here in Bryce Canyon National Park, hiking out of here. These hoodoos spiraling up from the earth are just outworldly. It's just absolutely amazing being here in nature. What it does for me, just anxiety, depression, all my troubles, stress just goes away. I just feel so reconnected with Earth, getting a great workout, hiking all over the place. Physically, mentally, I feel so fit. I feel so amazing when I'm in these national parks, especially up in Bryce Canyon. We're at like 7,000-8,000 feet. It's cold, but I'm so inspired, and I hope you're inspired too. Get out in nature and let's go wild!
