Welcome to Olympic National Park. I'm Tommy Cassano from The Outdoor Body. Located on Olympic Peninsula in Washington State, the park is known for its diverse ecosystems, from glaciated mountains and lakes, enchanted rainforests, and rugged beaches. We will be traversing through all these regions in the park, training on Hurricane Ridge with panoramic views of the Olympic Mountains, burnout sessions on the pristine Lake Crescent, the second deepest lake in Washington, sweat sessions in Hoh Rainforest. Green is an understatement in this lush lush canopy of trees, mosses, and ferns from nearly 14 feet of annual rainfall, along with diverse wildlife. These workouts are truly magical. Ruby Beach is a renowned portion of over 60 miles of national park protected coast. You will train amongst the famous Rock Island Sea Stacks. Enter this UNESCO World Heritage Site and let's go wild!
