Snacks you are not eating. These are my favorite options for snacks, long road trips like I am on now, long, uh, plane flights cross-country, international, or in between meals. Maybe it's between lunch and dinner, 3, 4 o'clock, and you need that bridge gap snack. So my number 1 is always an apple, organic always, and nut butter. Walnut butter is amazing, especially this brand. High-quality organic raw walnut. You have your fats, a little bit of protein, fiber with the apple, very satiating and delicious and healthy for you. My next one would be high-quality grass-fed beef jerky. This one is low in sodium. Country Archer has about 22 grams of protein in it. And once again, all about sodium. If it has high in sodium, stay away from it unless you want to have water retention and get bloated. Next one would be sprouted pumpkin seeds, one of my favorite things ever. Uh, parasites hate this. Super healthy for the gut, nice in fats, has some really great minerals in it also. So pumpkin seeds, I typically have a handful a day. This is my favorite. I've gone to this many times. I've done videos on it, but mackerel or sardines. Definitely want— don't want to eat this in an enclosed spot because it will get stinky. Yes, it will. But high in omega-3s and protein, good for your body, your skin, and your brain, amongst many things. So if you're not getting enough omega-3s, definitely get it through mackerel and/or sardines. And super good in protein, typically over 20 grams or so. And then it's typically dark chocolate, which I don't have over 80%, just a little bit. But if you do have that sweet tooth, get yourself some dates, low glycemic index. One or two, one's typically about 15 to 17 grams of carbs. Uh, they're just healthy and they're tasty and they are low glycemic, like I said, so they will curb your sweet tooth. And there are my main snacks. Uh, besides those, maybe a Grass-Fed Whey protein shake, which I don't have on me now. But they are the main snack options I recommend for everybody with my clients, and they're going to keep you satiated. And I view these as bridge gap meals in between my main meals. So there you go. Uh, comment, let me know what your snacks are, and I will say yes or no or don't do that. So let me know what you got for your favorite healthy snacks in your arsenal.
