Tracy Hazzard shows how to optimize your LinkedIn profile to attract podcast guests. Use a strong photo, clear headline, and About section that showcases your show. Add skills and hashtags so potential guests can find you, since podcast metrics aren't publicly visible on LinkedIn.

The photo, the banner, the headline. Very important here, your about me, which is down here about about you, your company showcased your show, publication, media, anything that you want to do there. And make sure every time you have an opportunity, put your skills. Every time they give you those hashtags, put your skills in there. Those are so important. And remember to use your good keywords. Remember when you put your show in place, your show is about business and finance, your show is about health and wellness. Make sure you put those key tags in there as well. Make sure you're putting them everywhere. And then last thing is, don't forget to turn on that creator mode.
So those are the really important things to be able to make sure that you're getting shared out there and, and your show is being showcased. So that way when you do what I did and invite people to come on your podcast, they see everything prominent there and it makes them feel like it's much more of a legitimate request from an established podcast host. Because it's so much a mystery out there. All of you podcast hosts out there know that there's this sort of hesitation to whether or not you have a good show because our statistics are not public. They can't see how many followers we have, they don't know how many subscribers or downloads. And because they don't know that, they're concerned whether or not you have a good enough show for them to be a guest on. So if you are seeking high value guests, making sure that you put this prominent on Your on your LinkedIn profile can really make a difference for you.
