I'm going to show you the first and the second time this client came to me for K-tips. This was her first time. She had a lot of breakage, so we did cut that off. She has it styled, and the first time I do things the way the client thinks they want them. I do instruct them of what to do. The second time, they have more of a feel and they want to try things maybe your way, maybe something they've seen, so we tried that way.
