In this brief Friday motivational video, Tyrone Bray asks viewers whether they are truly enjoying the journey toward their goals, emphasizing that many people postpone happiness until they achieve an outcome. He explains that neglecting enjoyment can undermine motivation and momentum, making it harder to stay committed. Bray encourages viewers to deliberately add fun to their lives over the coming week—by trying new experiences, especially new foods or restaurants, or visiting places with friends or family—so the process itself becomes rewarding. He closes with a call to action, inviting comments, questions, and suggestions for future videos, and promises to respond promptly.

Hey guys, what's up? So I'm going to keep this one short because I know it's a Friday and obviously the weekend's about to hit us all. Now my question for you is, are you enjoying the journey? Now what I'm referring to of course is the journey or the experience or the time between now and you actually reaching your goal, and the reason I ask that is because for a lot of us we end up doing these things but we don't actually enjoy the, the process of getting there. We kind of think that, well, until I've achieved this outcome or reached my goal, I don't actually deserve to be happy because it's the outcome that's going to give me the happiness that I seek. But what we need to do where possible is try to enjoy the process, because if we don't, it's very difficult for us to maintain both motivation and momentum once we get going. So that's the, the question I leave you with today. Are you enjoying the journey? And if not, what you'll likely find is that you won't see it through. So what I— well, I was going to say what I want you to do. It's not up to me, it's up to you. So what I recommend you do over this weekend or sometime next week is find some way in which you can enjoy or inject some fun into your lifestyle. Because I know a lot of us, we kind of think, well, I won't actually deserve the fun or I shouldn't be having fun until I've reached this goal. Whether it's in our body or our business or relationships and so on, we kind of think that we need to achieve something in order to therefore deserve to have a good time or deserve to experience something good. So if you don't have anything planned over the next 7 days, try to fit something in. Maybe it's a new experience or maybe you're just going to try something you haven't tried before, which obviously is a new experience. But yeah, so what I meant when I said try something you haven't tried before, I was kind of referring to food. Maybe there's a good food or a good restaurant or something that you maybe haven't tried before. Maybe there's a place you've been wanting to go with your friends or your family, something you've wanted to experience that can kind of help you enjoy the process a bit more and enjoy the journey whilst you obviously put in the hard work, the determination, the dedication, etc. that's going to be required to get you to your goal. As always, guys, if you have any questions, post them in the comments below, and if you want me to do or create any specific videos on challenges you might be having, let me know and I'll get those sorted for you as soon as I can. Thanks for watching, people, and I look forward to seeing you guys tomorrow. Take it easy.
