Is it possible that YOU are the problem?

You have free access to every diet, workout, and business program ever made. The problem isn't information. It's that you won't stop making excuses and actually commit to one thing. Real change needs accountability that forces you to face what you're telling yourself.

Hey people, what's up? So tonight I figured I'd start with a question, and my question is, is it possible that you are the problem? Now I asked this because many of us think we have problems. It's like, oh, I want to lose weight, or I want to get in shape, or I want to build my business, or whatever the thing might be. And it's a case of, oh well, if I want to get in shape, I, I maybe need a new diet. Or I need a new exercise plan, or I need some new marketing skills so I can grow my business, or whatever it is. And we, we see ourselves in relation to these problems. Oh, I'm lacking this thing, so therefore I need a new version of it, or I need this thing so that I can then move forward and get the result that I want. But we live in a time now where we pretty much have access to almost infinite levels of information. Like, you can go and get an exercise program right now just by asking Google. In fact, you can go to ChatGPT, tell it who you are, your age, and all the rest of it, and then it will write a program specific to you. Now, I say specific because obviously it's AI and can only interpret you as an individual to a certain level. But my point is, you can do this and you can do it for free. So really, our problem isn't necessarily a lack of information. We have thousands, if not millions, of gurus and experts and healthcare professionals all touting various different loads of information. This one says this, this one says that. So we have information, but the catch is we have so much that many of us are overwhelmed by the message. It's like there is too much information and too much of it conflicts, so therefore I can't confidently make a decision and move forward. So one of the problems that we see is, well, I don't have enough information. Turns out that's not really a problem. Oh, well, maybe I needed a new program. Turns out that's not a problem either because we can get access to one for free. Maybe I just need to watch some more videos. Well, many of you watch videos, including my own perhaps, and still fail to take action. You might find motivation, you might find inspiration, and again, great information in those videos, but for some reason you're still not stepping up, you're still not taking action, and you're still not moving forward to reach your goals. So, Again, information isn't the problem. Access to it isn't the problem. So maybe there's something else going on that's preventing you from being able to make use of this immediate access to information that we have. Now, for many of us, it's the fact that we won't actually confront ourselves. Now, when I say ourselves, I don't just mean you, who you are, who you show up as on a daily basis. What I mean is those aspects of you that you continually run from and hide from. The inner parts of you that continually cause you to sabotage, the ones that find the excuses every time you say you're going to do something. Oh, I'm going to start a new program on Monday. Monday comes, 50 different excuses arrive, 50 different reasons that get in your way that allow you to go, you know what, maybe today's not a good day. Perhaps I'll start tomorrow. Tomorrow comes, still don't start, or you do and you get a few days in and then those excuses, those reasons, etc., accumulate enough to the point where you can go, fuck it, now's not the right time. Guess I'll just carry on doing what I'm doing until I'm ready. Maybe next Monday. So the issue isn't a lack of information. The issue isn't a lack of access to resources because there are tons of free resources out there too. You know, I have tons of free resources that I give to people also to help them. And of course, some people come along, they'll take those resources, they'll take action, and they'll get results. Many others, they'll take them. Thanks, Tai, that's awesome. Great. Look forward to reading this or look forward to implementing this and do nothing with it. Now, the truth is, I've been guilty of this myself too in the past. You know, sometimes we feel like, well, the more information and the more resources I can gather, the more chance I'll have of success. And in a sense, maybe. But the catch for most of us is we end up suffering from information overload. We accumulate so many options that we fail to have the ability or the capacity to make a decision on which fucking option to go for. So again, we end up sitting there stuck, unable to move forward, wishing, wanting, and hoping for more, but being unable to go and get it. Now, the truth is we don't need all that. What we need to do is sit with ourselves and speak to that part of us that won't allow us to move forward. The part of us that isn't actually comfortable where we are, but would rather sit in this current discomfort then move forward into a bigger future, a greater future, a potential that we see as being available but don't believe it's available for us. Now, we can all have it, but are we willing to step up and do what's fucking necessary? The truth is, for most of us, we're not. And the truth is, for most of us, we will go to the grave still in that place of not being willing to step up and do it. But if you kind of feel like, well, you know what, I am at this place. I do keep sabotaging myself. I know I have some shit going on inside me and in my past and so on that I maybe need to fucking deal with now so that I can confidently move forward and not only get results but keep them once I get them, then maybe it's time you did actually reach out, have a chat with me, and we can see about how we can get you to move forward. Because yeah, sure, you might end up with a new exercise program. Yeah, you might end up with a diet plan or something like that, but that's not really what you need. What you need is the coaching and the accountability and the partner by your side, the one there holding your hand as we go to enable you to overcome these hurdles that you're going to face along the way. When you reach these points where you have these excuses and these reasons that are trying to hold you back, that's when we need to do the deep work. That's when we need to get in the conversations, get into the trenches, and actually go to war with yourself so that we can actually overcome these things that keep continually cropping up and holding you back when you know you're at this peak where you want to move forward the most. You want to move forward, but you're just paralyzed into inaction. That's what we need to put an end to. Not the diet and the exercise and the sleep and recovery. Yes, they're all factors that are required, but none of them will persist. None of them will get you the result you want until you're willing to confront that part of yourself that constantly holds you back. So if you feel like you're ready to win, if you feel like, you know what, 2024 is my year, this is the time for me to step up and actually start taking some fucking action now. Because I'm sick of this repeated cycle that I keep playing. If that's the case and that's where you feel you're sitting right now, reach out to me in the DMs. Let's book some time to have a quick chat and I can show you the systems and processes that we have that can guarantee your success this year if you're willing to put in the work and if you're willing to start confronting yourself and those aspects that want to continually hold you back. If not, if you've got questions, drop them in the comments below. But if not, of course, I hope to see you in my DMs. When we can arrange a chat and actually start moving you forward this year rather than continually have you stuck where you are wishing, wanting, and hoping for more, but being unwilling and unable to step up and take action. Thanks for watching, people, and I look forward to seeing you in my next video.
