No such thing as a breakfast food!

Tyrone Bray argues breakfast foods are a marketing myth. Eat meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and eggs whenever you want. Skip processed sweets and focus on protein, fats, and carbs at every meal.

Hey guys, what's up? Tyrone Bray here, founder of Titan Health and Performance, and welcome to this week's health tip. So a nice quick video for you today, guys. Basically just want to cover the fact that there is no such thing as a breakfast food. Now of course there is in the respect that you get breakfast cereals and obviously cereals are marketed to us to use for breakfast foods. But my point is, food is food and you can eat any food at any time of the day. If you wanted to have salmon and poached eggs for breakfast, you can. You don't have to have cereal because cereal is what's marketed to us. You know, if you want to have that cereal for dinner, technically speaking, you can do so. I'm not saying it's a good thing to do that, but my point is You can eat anything at any time of the day. So if you want to have steak and mash for breakfast, you might want to have pork chops and applesauce for lunch, you can do that. You don't have to just think, oh well, these are foods that we only really eat at dinner, so I have to eat them at dinner. No, unfortunately, you know, that's complete wrong thinking, and because of that, often people are held back achieving their health goals because of the fact that we're so conditioned to think in a particular manner. So, any food, any time of the day. If you want Sunday roast on Tuesday at breakfast, go for it. You don't have to wait for Sunday dinner time or tea time, you know, to have that food. You can have any food, any time of the day. Just ideally, basically, stick to some of the healthy good stuff, which would obviously include meats, fish, fruits, veg, whole grains if you can tolerate them, raw nuts, seeds, legumes, raw dairy, and eggs. Those kind of foods, you know. We ideally don't want cakes, you don't want biscuits, and that kind of crap. You don't want the processed shit, which I've mentioned in obviously previous videos. Ideally, you just want to stick to the healthy whole foods, and as I say, eat any food you wish at any time of the day. Just ideally, in each meal, make sure you've got some protein in there, some fats, and some carbs. Simple, simple. Thanks for watching, guys, and I'll see you next time.
