Calm Cure. This was when I first started my reading journey, reading non-fiction journey. It has a lot of interesting insights into health, relationships, different issues that we face. Also by the same author, Heal the Hidden Cause. This is teaching us how to detox our mind of some of the limiting thoughts and beliefs we have picked up. This has helped me a lot more recently. It's a very interesting insight into some of the foods that are helpful and harmful for us depending on what health issues you might or may not have. I love this one. I first had this on Kindle. Big Fat Lies Women Tell Ditch Your Inner Critic and Wake Up Your Inner Superstar. Lots of interesting tips that you can dip in and out of, issues that we all have thought of at one time or another. Laugh Your Way to a Better Marriage. This is really interesting. He's got a YouTube channel and it's all about the way men and women communicate differently and how men's brains work. And how women's brains work. It's really good insight if you're scratching your head wondering why does he do that all the time. Another fantastic one, Manifesting Your Greatest Self, Nick Ortner. There's also the audiobook version of this online and on the app. This is 21 days of different tapping scripts To help overcome different challenges you might be facing.
