Short YouTube video (creator: Dan Novaes) demonstrating a Starbucks Rewards "hack": Rewards members receive free refills on coffee and tea during the same visit. The clip uses a short in-store dialogue to show that a customer who started with a latte can switch to brewed coffee or tea for no extra charge if they remain in the store. The speaker attributes the tip to "ubk" and directs viewers to a bio link for more hacks.

Hi, can I get a refill on this coffee? Sorry, refills aren't free. You'd have to pay again. Not if you use Starbucks Rewards. Members get free refills on coffee and tea during the same visit. Wait, even if you started with iced coffee? Exactly. You can start with a latte, then switch to brewed coffee or tea for free as long as you stay in the store. Wow. Where did you learn that? I learned it from ubk. They share hacks companies never want you to know, and there's more from them. Tap the link in my bio to learn more.
