I'm 36 now, and I've been an entrepreneur for 20 years, and I'm just now feeling more confident that I've built certain muscles to be able to hire better people, delegate, create better systems. But it's constant. It's constant learning. How do other people do it? How are other people operating companies this scale? What are things that I'm, like, just not good at, that I don't enjoy? And I've hired coaches. I've hired, still have them, like coaches and executive leaders and all these people that can help shape the team, help shape myself.
