No — the speaker says it is 'totally free' with no purchase required.

Does Sephora ever give out freebies? Not really. Unless there's a big sale. Not true. Every year, Sephora gives members a free birthday gift. Makeup, skincare, or fragrance. Wait, totally free? No purchase? Exactly. You just sign up for Beauty Insider online and pick your free gift during your birthday month. Where did you learn that? I learned it from ubk. They share hacks. Beauty stores never want you to know, and there's more from them. Tap the link in my bio to learn more.
