In a normal circumstance, you can build a $1 million a year business and be a team of sub 10 people. Every time that you get past these milestones, million, 10 million and more people changes. Everything changes because you're unable to do everything. And then you need to hire great people. And like, just because I'm great at setting a vision and I have ideas, doesn't mean that I'm a good operator. You need a visionary in a company, but you also need a person that can go and execute that. And that person needs to have the foresight to get all of those other people that can go and execute and then repeat the process over and over again because things will change.
