And so you have now created things in motion that when you need, things are available for you on demand if you're a manager and you can pursue as an employee whichever career journey that you want to pursue without really taking anybody's permission. And it's a marketplace. If you are able to find a job and take a career journey that you want to pursue, hey, No one can stop you. Everything is available to you. And all of this is possible only because of AI, right? Because logically, you could have implemented this 10 years ago. We tried it and we implemented it.
