Chapters
I feel like we're craving connection, that there's a lot of loneliness, there's a lot of isolation, there's a lot of, you know, connection with a screen, connection with technology as opposed to human connection. I also feel like a lot of people don't actually realize that that's what they are craving. So they're reaching for these other substances or things to stimulate them. But then you put 2 humans together and have a conversation, have a hug, and then the heart comes into a different beat. And there's a smile and there's a joy that maybe some of us have forgotten. I know that for myself. So underneath everything, it's, it's a craving for love and connection.
