Career growth means constantly replacing expert skills with new ones you're bad at. Keep more beginner skills than expert ones so you stay learning instead of coasting.

you are an expert. Some skills you are above average. And some skills you are a novice, you are a beginner. So if you take that portfolio for just about all the skills that you have, there are some skills as soon as you are past the, you know, you are in that expert zone, it is actually time to replace it because that skill then is now becoming— because you've been teaching it to others, hopefully that's how you become an expert. If you look at the previous 5 skills, in some sense, this is time for you to then start to become a novice yourself so that, you know, you are at any given point of time, You are a novice in more areas than an expert in, because that means you're continuously juggling many different things. So that's really the opportunity that you can have.
