Vulnerability isn't about confessing every flaw. It's about dropping the perfect image and sharing what's actually happening in your life, using humor and self-deprecation so people see you as human instead of a sales pitch.

Being vulnerable, I don't think, means confessing or showing all your flaws. It just means being honest with what's going on and showing up and sharing in a way that isn't trying to sell something. It isn't trying to come across as being perfect. It's just being relatable so that people can see you as a human, connect to you as a human, relate their experience to the example you've shown, and hopefully forge a useful relationship that might be a friendship, it might be a client, It might be just someone you get to hang out with on LinkedIn, who knows? But if it comes with honesty and a willingness to just be playful and make fun of yourself and not take life seriously, then that to me is meaningful.
