Hi. Good evening insiders. I hope you're doing well today. I'm talking to you about a very interesting fellowship that we're about to launch. And the name is catchy and I hope it resonates with you. It's called I Don't Know what I Want to do with My Life Fellowship. The more people I speak to during office hours, the more I realize that many times young professionals such as you and I, students are just not sure what they want to do. And they are not to blame because we don't have often exposure to things that we want to do. Even when I worked at Microsoft or other teach for India and so on and so forth, I realized that the only way you can actually know about what another role entails is to develop a strong tribe of mentors. And I did that after my mba. So I had some, some real life experience and analytical frameworks to draw upon. But for many of you who are young or not so young, but confused about what you want to do, this fellowship, I don't know what to do with my life fellowship will really help you. So the way we're going to structure it is we're going to get professionals from different walks of life who will explain and answer the following question. The first question would be what does a day or what does a week in their life really look like? The second would be what are the boring parts of that experience and what are the rewarding parts of that? Then the next question would be what does career growth in that space look like? After that, we'll attempt to look at how did they stumble upon this? Was it chance? Was it serendipity? Was it luck? Was was it all of the above? None of the above. We'll explore together and the idea of this fellowship. The I Don't know what I Want to do with my Life Fellowship is to give you an exposure to different fields and different career avenues by giving you a direct opportunity to first learn about the basic nuts and bolts of it and next network with people who actually do this for a living. And I think that this fellowship is going to be especially useful for people who are looking to change sectors, looking to change industries, are just out of business school, just out of college, high school. So it will be something that we will together tinker and discover with. It's impossible to know by reading Wikipedia or Googling. What does a job really look like? If you want to know what working at Network Apple really looks like, you will have to shadow me, Varya or Aditi or somebody and really understand what it looks like. Similarly, if you want to see know what working at Microsoft really looks like, you can't google it. You really need to ask and speak with somebody who really gets it, who's performed that, and we are going to give you that exposure.
