A short spoken remark by Utkarsh Amitabh (YouTube video "India at 75") arguing that India's future depends on addressing the talent–opportunity mismatch: talent is equally distributed but opportunities are not, so mentorship ecosystems are needed. He notes his work with the Government of India and UK and his role as a Shivnik Fellow at Oxford to help bridge this gap.

And I think all of us can play a role in creating a mentorship ecosystem to bridge that gap. And I, in my small capacity, am doing that working closely with Government of India, Government of uk. I'm a Shivnik Fellow at Oxford. So trying to bridge this gap here.
