Hi, my name is Utkar Shamitab and I'm the founder and CEO of Network Capital. Among other things, we run cohort based fellowships which were designed for achieving particular learning objectives for our fellows. So the first fellowship that we've launched is called the I Don't Know what I Want to do with My Life fellowship. The thesis of this fellowship is that there's a huge pressure on students and young professionals to figure out their future when they don't have enough exposure to it. So through this fellowship, we help people conduct micro experiments and then based on the experiments, based on the findings of those experiments, iterate and tinker away to the kind of future that they want to shape. Essentially, the 21st century is all about recreation and rebuilding and you can't do that globally. You need the help of community, which is why you need a strong network. You need exposure to people, which means that you need to connect with and really understand what are the different avenues and which you can channel your skills, your curiosities and figure out. Through the fellowship, we give you exposure to people working in different organizations, leaders, CEOs, thought leaders, and so forth. And through this exposure, the idea is not that suddenly after one talk, you'll be able to know and figure out your mysterious life, but you will be slightly less confused. And you know what? It's absolutely okay to be confused. In my book, the Seductive Illusion of Hard Work, I expl the difference between being productively confused and being destructively confused. Productive confusion is actually a prerequisite for success. If we're not curious about our future, it's very difficult to shape it the way we want. And the last element of this fellowship is that we equip you with the kind of mental models that can help you be a thoughtful contraire. Trying to follow every hot new trend, every hot new instant is a huge challenge. Instead, you don't need to follow everything. Instead, you're going to pick something that piques your curiosities and then dive deep into it. We are very excited that our first cohort of the fellowship is about to graduate. The response has been phenomenal. We got about hundred fellows from different age groups, different industries, different walks of life, and it was an absolute delight hosting it. Doing that gave us the confidence that we want to run these kinds of cohort based fellowship programs. For the rest of you, I really hope that that you join us in our adventure and we look forward to hosting you. Thank you.
