Hi everyone, I'm Utkar today to talk to you about the Network Capital high schools. This summer we launched our summer school program where we had 50ambitious and curious students from around the world. Learn to read, write, think and speak. These are the four pillars of everything. Network Capital. Based on the adventure of discovery and curiosity, we've decided to launch our high school program set up on the cloud where we will help students build their category of one. As I've written extensively in HBR and other publications, the mission of Network Capital is to help others create their category of one by leading from curiosity instead of passion, the overused word, and by enabling others to find meaning with their lives. In the high school program that we've set up, we are not offering to replace the current school system, but complement it so that students can learn to communicate complex ideas through the power of words and through their other formats. They learn to think critically by participating in live projects and participating in case studies and, you know, think about the world in an interconnected lens. I have personally benefited from this mental model of learning and sharing across disciplines. So this lattice work of mental model, by drawing upon ideas in physics, poetry, math, music, essentially helped me become a better thinker. And as a believer in compounding, I'm committed to translating this experience not only to young professionals, but now with the schools, to students across age groups. Look, you don't become a better writer or a great public speaker overnight. There's no AI or algorithm that can help you do that. You learn by immersing yourself in the environment. If you want to become a better writer, you need to write, get feedback from experts. And once you get feedback from experts, you'll have to apply some of those lessons and see what happens. Same for public speaking. Public speaking is a huge fear among people across age groups. But what if children from the very beginning are immersed in situations where they learn to communicate ideas by giving, say, mini TED talks every week. This is a no pressure, community based school on the cloud that we've set up which will enable your kid to transform his or her curiosity into an actionable career. But actionable careers aren't built overnight. It's a journey. Which is why it takes a while. So once you participate in the school, please expect to see the results in a month or two. But our mission is to take your child and give him or her the learning experience so that they get better at writing, speaking, thinking every single day of their life. Compounding is the essence of Network Capital and we've created one of the world's best faculty members for all of these programs. And your child will learn from people who've written at the most distinguished publications, the people who've had some of the most interesting experiences in their life. They will learn to read, think, write and speak under their tutelage. So we're really excited to launch the classes will be starting in July, and I can't wait for, you know, for welcoming the first batch of a high school. Transforming education has been a lifelong passion of mine. I've spent many years studying it, participating in it, building different models. Given the success of network capital, I thought, what if there were a network capital for high school students? So here we are. Really excited to see where the adventure takes us to take care and talk to you soon.
