Hi everyone, I am Utkarish, the CEO of Network Capital, here to tell you about the I Don't Know what I Want to Do With My Life Fellowship. Last year when we started this fellowship with such a long name, it became one of the most popular ones that Network Capital has ever done. Because this phrase I don't know what I want to do with my life keeps coming up every now and then. If you look at my career, I started with mechanical engineering, then went on to study liberal arts, then got an mba, then a Schevening fellowship. If you look at my work experience, I started in consulting, then went to non profit, then started a company, then joined a large tech company, then started another tech company, all the while writing, speaking, acting, doing all these kinds of things. When I was applying to MBA programs, I got into all policy programs and at the very last minute decided that you know what? I'm not so sure about doing policy. Policy is one of my areas of interest. But how about I study business and look at policy more as a hobby? So I changed my mind. It took me many, many iterations and micro experiments to figure out what I wanted to do with my life. Essentially when I realized that community building and teaching and writing are three things that I enjoy doing the most, then I carved out a job, which is what I do today. If you look at and if you read my Harvard Business Review article that I explained my journey from Microsoft to Network Capital, essentially it was my curiosity towards building a community and transforming my passion into a profession. But it wasn't a linear path. I didn't wake up one fine day with all the wisdom in my head, my willingness to put myself in semi comfortable uncomfortable situations over and over again and learn with and from our community. The community that we've together built for many years now helped me figure out what I did wanted to do with my life. If I look at some of the most interesting people on Network Capital who've created masterclasses, fellowships and what have you, for us, they are Nobel laureates, CEOs, actors, singers, what have you. They are the ones who've conducted many of these micro experiments over and over and over again in their life. I invite you to join the I Don't Know what I Want to Do With My Life Fellowship because this question is something that all of us experience multiple times. The most interesting people take a while to figure out their superpower and once they figure out what their superpower is, they work with their communities to share it. Picasso once said that the meaning of life is to Find your purpose. And the purpose of life is to give it away. Network Capital is a community designed to enable skill sharing and mentoring across the world. That can't happen unless and until all of us figure out what our real superpowers are and, and how we can share them. When you partake of this fellowship, you will expect to learn from some of the best writers, thinkers, entrepreneurs and CEOs from around the world. And we will be asking them, how did they figure out their superpower? How did they realize what their career should look like? Look, you can't read a book. You can't passively gain this knowledge. You have to engage. You have to participate. So this is the time. Spend your July with Network Capital in the I Don't Know what I Want to do with my Life fellowship. And I promise you, at the end of the fellowship, you will of course, get the certificate and you'll have a strong network. And you would have perhaps become wiser and what have you. But most importantly, you would have taken a concrete step towards gaining more clarity, gaining more conviction about what you want to do. This is the most popular fellowship of Network Capital, and I'm very excited to bring it to you in July. There's a big announcement coming. Stay tuned for that. But till then, see you at the fellowship. The registration link is in the comments section. Thank you. Bye.
