Hi everyone, my name is Utkarsh and I'm the founder and CEO of Network Capital. Wishing you a very happy and adventurous 2021. And with that, I'd just like to introduce the first cohort based fellowship that we're launching this year. It's called the Network Capital Public Speaking Fellowship. In this immersig fellowship that will go on for a month, you will learn how to present yourself smartly and communicate complex ideas to the best of your potential. During this fellowship, you will be coached by some people who've traveled around the world, given TED talks, and communicated and negotiated with a wide range of people. Public speaking is a critical skill. Warren Buffet calls it the best investment he's ever made in himself. And it's something that 80 years and counting since he first took Dale Carnegie's course. He continues to reap the benefit. But I'm not here to make a case that you should start pursuing public speaking just because Warren Buffet said so. Some part of it needs to come from within and there's a lot of discussion about the difference between intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. And I think for somebody to be able to enjoy the craft and build it up to a certain level where you are really world class in communicating complex ideas, you need to be here now. Enjoy the moment, celebrate the moment, and don't worry too much about how it's being perceived. We promise you, if you follow the rules and the deliberate practice that we'll be partaking of in this fellowship, the outcome will not disappoint you. I look forward to hosting all of you on the first cohort of the Network Capital Public Speaking fellowship. Classes start 16th and I'm excited to see where this all takes us. At the end of the fellowship, you will be ready with this mini TED talk that you can share with your friends. Put it on your LinkedIn and use it as a means to communicate to your future employer or future employees that you have something worthy to share. And we're going to tell you how. Thank you very much.
