Hi everyone, my name is Utkarsh and I'm here to tell you about the Network Capital School that's starting on July 10th. We embarked upon an interesting adventure this summer when we said that we're going to try and reinvent the way students learn by introducing them to concepts of philosophy, psychology, liberal arts and enable them to become better thinkers every day. Our summer school focused on critical thinking, writing and public speaking. Our students, which came from different countries, different backgrounds, different age groups, worked together in teams and learned to build their category of one. Category of one is a term, as you might remember from an article that I wrote in Harvard business review in 2020 and it is the antithesis of the FOMO inspired learning that the quote unquote edtech industry inflicts upon students, where they come up with one crisis after the other, manufacture chaos, and essentially dry up the joy of learning from students. Our mission on Network Capital is to reignite the love of learning. In the link in the talk, you will notice that our students delivered a TED style presentation as well as wrote an article about their experience and I was just blown away by the depth and breadth of their beautiful minds. The talks range from dealing with imposter syndrome to reinventing the education system, the role of gender in shaping a new normal in the post pandemic world. What music taught a particular student about learning, and these are 8, 10, 12, 14 year olds. Imagine if we can do this kind of transformational in a month, working closely with other students and the parents. What will happen if every single child on the planet gets to learn by immersion, by practice, by engaging in concepts that a traditional school system never teaches them? If you look carefully at any school around the world, almost all of them are inspired by factories. So there is a teacher, there is a bell, there is a whistle. Everyone's neatly sitting in a room, working relentlessly on some complicated problem, memorizing facts, learning historical dates, essentially learning to master things that are not relevant in the workforce. Never has been. But even today the school hasn't changed. We constantly talk about disruption in the education industry and I ask what disruption? Tell me, where is the disruption in the way educational institutions are built? Or where is the disruption in the way students learn? People use the phrase AI after every single sentence, but unfortunately not much has changed in how we educate our kids. So being frustrated by the problem and by being seen that the old guard hasn't really left, we are setting up our own schools. So take a look at the stocks of our students. This is the result of one month of focused effort. Now, starting July 10, Network Capital School is open for one and all. If you know of an ambitious and a curious student who's willing to take the time out to build her category of one, his category of one, send them our way. Building Network Capital School has been the most important project, the most important activity in our company in the month of June. And I drew so much inspiration from the, you know, from the experiences of our students, the way they came together, the way they truly understood that competition is for losers. And if you want to build something truly unique in the 21st century, you have to embrace, you know, the infinite mindset, play infinite games. And the Network Cavalry School is there for such students. I just want to also remind you that for young professionals, we have two fellowships starting in the month of July. I don't know what I want to do with my Life Fellowship and the CEO Fellowship. So I look forward to having you all in the fellowship programs in our schools. And hopefully you will find the Network Capital subscription experience a meaningful one. I certainly think based on the data that we have, that we have a satisfied lot lot that is committed to contribute to other people and we look forward to more such adventures. Have a wonderful, wonderful week ahead and I'll talk to you soon.
