Everyone, My name is Utkarsh and I'm the Founder and CEO of Network Capital. In this video, I'm going to give you a short overview of what the Network Capital subscription entails and how you can benefit from it to build your category of one. You'll remember the phrase Category of one from my first Harvard Business Review article where I explained that competition is for losers and if we want to build a meaningful career in the 21st century, we need to chase the ultimate ideal of competing with ourselves and creating something that is valuable to the world, to our society, and meaningful to us. Everything that we do on Network Capital is helping you discover and build that category of one. We do this through three ways. First, the community. Reinventing ourselves is the most important skill in the 21st century and reinvention is not possible alone. So once you subscribe to Network Capital, you get access to some of the smartest young professionals and experienced mentors on the planet, from presidents of Fortune 500 companies to the CEOs of emerging startups, leading investors, award winning authors, and you can connect with them meaningfully based on the content that they create, the classes that they teach, and of course, just brainstorming ideas throughout various subgroups. The second component of the Network Capital includes Live Cohort based courses. If you look at the completion rates of MOOCs which are massively open online classrooms, it's a dismal 3 to 5%. Most of the people don't end up completing the MOOCs because they either get bored or they get stuck somewhere in between or lose the motivation to do so. On Network Capital we run a wide range of live cohort based programs where you can learn anything from product management and venture capital to working on your MBA applications and Master's application to also partaking of fellowships like I don't know what I want to do with my life Fellowship or the CEO Fellowship at a high level. Anything that you want to learn on Network Capital, you can join live Cohort based courses and every month learn something new, augment your network, augment your skill set and enjoy the process of actually completing and graduating with a certificate. Our focus is on completing the loops, not just giving you the content and letting you figure it out for yourself. Our live cohort based programs have a completion rate of over 90% and if you look at the Net Promoter Score, the way people engage and enjoy the experience, that gives us a lot of confidence that we are doing something which is hopefully meaningful to our community members. And the third and final component of our subscription is Career intelligence. We live in a time where AI is talked about extensively, whether it's ed tech or medtech. AI keeps coming up, but I also think that CI or Career Intelligence is the need of the hour. So we provide career intelligence on Network Capital by having one on one office hours hours and also one on one mentorship or small group sessions with people who have been through the journey, done it all, and can provide you with important references and other contextual information so that you can build your category of one. To just top it off, our experience is not just on focusing on some of the more serious stuff. We complement some of our educational endeavors and learning labs with things like the Serendipity Thursdays where you can organically connect with a wide range of people that you may not have known, but today you can connect with them through our tools. We also have a wide range of subgroups based on industries, cities. Things like stoicism are covered as well. So our focus is to be the end to end full stack career advancement platform for the ambitious and curious Millennial. Our journey has been possible largely through your love, the support of our community members, and without spending a single dollar. We've built a community of over 100,000 trusted millennials in Gen Z who come to us to advance their careers. We hope you consider subscribing to Network Capital and also gifting it to folks who can benefit from it. As you know, we now cover school, college, CEOs, executives, and also young professionals. So no matter what you're looking to do, no matter where you're looking to build, there's somebody on Network Capital who's gone through this journey and can help you make smart decisions as you build your category of one. Thank you all once again for your love, kindness and support and see you all as part of our subscription offering. Take care and have a wonderful day.
