And the cake at Netflix is the freedom. Because once you've got the talent density and the candor, then you can start doing what Reid says calls releasing controls. And that means that we can do things like say, okay, all the policies that are at most companies telling people how to behave, we just get rid of them. You know, take whatever vacation you like, spend whatever money you feel is necessary, travel the way that you feel is best. I trust you to use your judgment. And those things are, of course, more symbolic. But we can also look at decision making freedom. And that I think is where we find the real joy in working in an environment with low rules, is that employees are allowed to make big decisions without getting approval or needing approval from their boss. And of course, they say at Netflix, don't seek to please your boss. Seek to do what's best for the company.
