Happy International Women's Day, everyone. Look, being a woman in business right now is a total flex, and I am so happy and honored that I get to be a woman who is not only creating an empire, creating massive impact in the world, I get to serve in my purpose, and I get to help other women do exactly the same thing. The hustle until you burn out mentality, may you rest in peace. We are doing things differently now. And with this year's International Women's Day theme being Give to Gain, I am totally here for it. And I'm not talking about being a total and complete doormat, having zero boundaries in your business. What I'm talking about is leading with generosity, giving in the world, serving first and gaining second. What this means to me is serving our sisterhood. When I rise, you rise, we all rise together. This is mentorship. This is building community, which in turn is going to end up impacting the entire community to be more collaborative, nurturing, and giving to all. Abundance over competition. Honestly, competition doesn't exist in my world. We believe in collaboration over competition because there's more than enough clients, there's more than enough cash, there's more than enough ways to win. So let's do it together. Lead with generosity. I have built my entire business by leading with generosity. From the very beginning, I was give, give, give. I was raising funds. This community raised funds for charities and providing hope for people. And we've always believed in giving first. It's not just about being nice or doing things you think you should do.
