Hello everybody and welcome to ADHD Rise. This is our 3rd annual celebration of ADD, ADHD, and neurodiversity. So welcome. If this is your first time here, I'm so excited to welcome you into this beautiful movement. This is not just a conversation. This is not just topics we're going to be having. This is a movement that is made for you, for me, for us, because we believe here at ADHD Rise that when I rise, you rise, we rise together. And we absolutely refuse to be defined by any limitation. So for those of you who are just joining us now today, my name is Val Nichols. I am a business coach and an ADHD mentor. I love working with heartfelt, heart-centered entrepreneurs just like you who have beautiful bold brains and are navigating the neurotypical space with a neurodiverse mind.
