Super, super important message that I would love to share with you guys today, and that is that the only difference between a rut and a grave is the depth. I'll let that sink in a little bit. So the only difference between a rut and a grave is the depth. And I say that because if you find yourself in a total and complete rut, where your relationships aren't getting better and you're just in a job where you're just kind of maintaining and nothing is really improving. You're not getting those promotions that you want. Maybe you're, you're suffering some disappointments in life. Maybe, you know, things just aren't really going the way that you have planned. Maybe if you're like some of the women that I work with, when they first come to me, they say, wow, you know, by 30, by 35, by 40, by 45, by I really thought I was going to be further than this in life. If you can relate with that, give me some hearts so I know that you understand that. Because here's the thing, when we're comparing our outsides to other people's insides, it is really, really easy to get on social media and to look at other people's lives and this reality that they present that may not be the total and complete truth. We all have that friend that is absolutely beautiful, whose kids are just picture perfect. They have a great house, a great husband, a great life, and it looks really beautiful on the screen of social media, and we compare ourselves to that. But here's the thing, that is not always the truth. What we need to realize is the only person that we have any business competing with is who we were yesterday.
