This is Winter Rise, the business circle for heart-centered entrepreneurs who are ready to rise, release, realize, and bring all the gifts so that they can meet their higher self in 2024. Let's start with a deep breath. Go ahead and take a couple deep breaths. Beautiful cleansing breaths. As you breathe in, I want you to imagine that you are bringing in all the positivity, all the lights, all the abundance. And as you exhale, imagine that you are exhaling any limitation, any lack. Any residuals that you have brought to this session today, whatever it is, I want you to exhale any limitation, any thoughts of lack. Inhale positivity, exhale lack and limitation. Today we are diving into the essence. Of reflection, release, realization, and rising. So let's open up our hearts. Let's get into the realm of possibility, and let's get started. There are a lot of people out there that are like, okay, great, we have 2 weeks left in 2023. And so maybe you are taking your foot off the brake. Maybe you're letting up and easing on the things, easing up on all the things that we have done in this year and saying, okay, great. Well, I didn't quite make it, or I didn't quite get that goal, or maybe I made some big audacious wild goals and I realized them and maybe we fell short. We will assume that the year is over, telling ourselves that people are Not going to buy. Everyone's on holiday, everyone's busy, all the things, right? We all have those excuses and those limitations that we are telling ourselves. And the truth is that if you live in my world— welcome to my world, by the way— if you live in the space that I choose to live in, Which is absolutely in the realm of possibility, of endless opportunity, of all the things that are possible. And believe me, my clients, we live in this space. I only work with people that are fully committed. They've made a decision and they are ready to go all in and to reach these goals no matter what. In my world with my clients, We absolutely have this belief that anything is possible. We play in the energy, we play in the fun, we play in the creativity that anything is possible. So I invite you to step in this world with me, with us. This is our world today as we step into rice. In this world, there is no lack. There is no limitation. There is only abundance. There's only more, and there is only the realm of possibility. So in the next two weeks, what is possible for you? What could you create? A launch, sign on a client. You could make a big sale. You could make an offer. You release something new. You could release something, re-release something, and your whole entire world could change in the next two weeks. You guys, this has happened for me. This happens for my clients all the time. One day, one post, one thing, one shift can completely change the entire trajectory of your business. Are you ready for that? Imagine what that would be like if you were one post away from your $7,000 day. This has happened for me. One post that I posted created $7,500 in income. One post brought in clients in abundance. Before we deep dive, let's fully understand and slip into the realm of possibility. Let's understand the Essence of Winter Rise. This is a sacred circle where we gather— you, me, us— we gather as like-minded individuals facilitated by me, your coach, Val Nichols, to reflect the gifts of the year, to release limitations, to realize our full potential. And to collectively rise. Let's take a moment to reflect on the gifts of 2023. Think back all the way to the very beginning of January, and maybe you had some big audacious goals. Maybe you said, "This is the year I'm going to make five thousand dollars a month. This is the year I'm going to make twenty thousand dollars a month. This is the year I'll hit a million dollars in my business." Whatever that is, I want you to go back and look at the moments. What moments brought you joy? I can think about spending my 40th birthday in Hawaii on the Big Islands. I can think about celebrating 5 years in business in Hawaii, about moments with friends that I had deeper connections with than I've ever had in my life. And more excited and passionate and lit up about my business than I've ever felt in my life. So what are the moments that bring you joy? What are the challenges that made you stronger? I took the entire summer off. I don't know if you guys know that or not. If you've been following me, you probably know that, but I took the entire summer off to get stronger. I dove deep into some false beliefs that I had been carrying for a really long time. I was afraid to admit I was scared of diving into these things that were deeper. But it's like knowing that in those moments, those challenges that make you stronger, even when it feels really hard, even when it feels really heavy. We know that is making us stronger. So what are the challenges that have made you stronger? And lastly, what are the lessons that shaped you? Go ahead and grab your notebooks and let's jot down our own reflections. I am going to start some music here so you guys can spend a couple minutes in reflection on all the beautiful— 2023. We are going to look at the things that we want to carry in so that we can be stronger, so that we can be this together. Straight here for you guys. Let's see here. There we go. All right, you guys, so just know you can come back and fill more of this in. We're going to go ahead and move forward at this moment, but do know you can come back, and please do spend more time in this work looking at the things and really reflecting on the different gifts. Whether if it was what moments brought you joy, what challenges made you stronger, or what are the lessons that shaped you. Next, we are going to focus on release. Beautiful, incredible, juicy release. It's time to release what no longer serves us. It's time to release The limitations, the fears, and the doubts that are holding you back. When we release the shackles, when we release the chains, when we release the anchors, when we release those things— maybe it's the client that you do too much for, maybe it's the person that you keep saying yes to and you know in your heart of hearts you need to say no, maybe it's wasting your time on things that don't matter. Maybe it's spinning your wheels, throwing spaghetti against the wall in your business, trying to see what sticks. Maybe it's trying to do it on your own, Frankensteining the results, putting different things together, watching this person and that person doing all the things, but you don't feel like you're really forward moving in your business. And when you're not moving the needle forward in your business, it can feel like you are stuck. It can feel like lack. It can feel like there's not enough. There's not enough clients. There's not enough money. There's plenty of clients and there's plenty of money. And if you know, if you recognize that you do have a lack mindset in the beginning of the year, I'm going to be doing my New Year, New Money Mindset program. So let's go ahead and talk about lack and limitation. I'm going to walk you guys through a visualization. This is going to be just a taste, just an appetizer of the beautiful things we are going to dive into in the new year in New Year, New Money Mindset. So let's go ahead and just close your eyes for a moment. Think about how it feels to be in lack, to be in limitation. Dive into your soul. Tap into your inner knowing, into your being, whether if it's higher power, if it's source, if it's God, whatever that is for you. I want you to tap into that knowing. Tap into your intuition. Ask yourself, what does it feel like to be in lack? What does it feel like in your soul to be in limitation? Does it feel heavy? Maybe it feels like you are trudging through mud. Maybe it feels like you're stuck because these beliefs, these false beliefs of lack, of limitation, All the things that we believe— maybe it's that the root of all evil is money. Maybe you grew up believing that rich people were selfish or greedy. Maybe if you're like me, you grew up with a single parent who who was doing the best that they could to support the family and to get by. Maybe you heard things like, we can't afford it, money doesn't grow on trees. You know, whatever that belief is that you've heard, tap into your inner knowing, tap into your inner most being, and feel what that feels like to be in that energy, to be in that space. Now I want you to imagine What would it feel like if there was no limitation? What would it feel like if there was no lack? What would it feel like if there was more than enough If you were more than enough, there was more than enough clients, and all you needed to do was reach out into the realm of possibility, to step forward, to hold your hands forward, to say yes, to make a decision, and to decide boldly that it is to be. What would that look like? How would you show up in the world? How would you move? How would you operate? How would you show up in your business? How would you Be. Would you walk around fearful, afraid, or would you walk around with bold, unapologetic energy, knowing that you know in your heart of hearts that all things are Are possible. Would you be bold and courageous? Would you go for the clients? Would you go for the million-dollar year? Would you be willing to fail? Would you be willing to accept the help? Would you be willing to invest in yourself? Would you be willing? If the only possibility was for you to succeed. I want you to step fully now into that picture. Step fully into the scene where you are driving the car that you truly desire. You are doing the things you truly desire. You are giving back in ways that you have always desired, you deserve. Your bank account is just getting bigger and bigger and expanding and growing. The impact that you are creating is touching endless parts of the earth. You are not just creating a business, you are creating an empire. See that the message you are sending is not just a message, it is a movement. Step fully into this image now. See what you would see. Hear what you would hear. Let the lights get brighter. The music get louder. Feel the feelings you would feel, so proud of yourself, growing, expanding, stretching, loving, being, serving, creating, being. Let the lights now get brighter. Let the noises get louder. Really fully step into it. What are people saying about you? How do you feel? Where do you sleep at night? What does your house look like? Let that vision get brighter, stronger, more powerful. Step fully into it. And I want you to bring your hands to your heart now. Put a big, giant smile on your face and say, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I receive it. I deserve it. I desire it. So it is. And I truly believe, you know, whatever it is you believe in, that God, universe, whatever it is that you believe in, I know in my heart of hearts that God created you for a purpose. And that because of this purpose, you are right here on Earth right now. So feel the gratitude in your heart. Take a deep breath in and out. Exhale. And when you're ready, go ahead and come back knowing that you can step into this realm of possibility. You can step into this beautiful, gorgeous feeling at any moment. Anytime and in any space. So go ahead and open your eyes. How do you feel? Go ahead and take your pen out, and I want you guys to take a moment to reflect. Write down what did you hear in your vision? What did you see? All the beautiful things that you saw. You guys can do that. All right, you guys, let me know, how are you How are you doing? How are you feeling? Are you excited to rise? So what limitations— now that we're operating from beautiful, bold energy— what limitations, fears, and doubts are or previously have held you back? If I want to go from here to Chicago, I know I'd have to drive east. Before I put in the GPS system, it would need to know where am I now. So we're not going to spend a ton of time on this because I don't want to keep looking back at the fears and lack and limitation. Maybe you feel like oh my gosh, scary. This is big because our purpose, our passion. I can get you the money, right? Like that's easy. Let's do it. We'll do the strategy. We'll do the mindset work. And one of the biggest, most life-changing experiences I've ever stepped into to become this Val Nichols that you see today, business owner of 5 different companies— I just sold one recently and I took the whole summer off. I bought a BMW with cash. I played. I connected with friends, created deep relationships. I did deep healing and transformation on past traumas, on past things in my life that were still there below the surface. I got to go deeper, go within, so that I could show up fully and be bigger and stronger and bolder for you, so that now you get to be bolder, bigger, stronger. So what does that higher self look like for you? When you realize your full potential, when you get in the vision, what does that look like for you? So go ahead and take a moment, write these things down. What does your higher self look like, and who is it that you want to meet as you've crossed the finish line of 2023 and you Step boldly into 2024. All right, you guys, how does that feel? Yes. I see the bold vision that you have. I see all the beauty that you will bring into 2024 and beyond. I see all the beautiful things that you will create in this new year. I see your full potential. How does that feel like? Carry this feeling with you as you go into and as you step into your bold future that is 2024. And as we look at these beautiful things. We want to rise. This time and this space is for us. In the culmination of your journey today, our end goal is to rise into our highest selves. It is to embody the lessons, the strengths, and the wisdom that we've gained through this time today as we prepare to soar into 2024 With a newfound purpose, a newfound resilience, so that we can carry the gifts with us forward into 2024. We can release that which no longer serves, and we get to meet ourselves, the highest version of who we are, as we cross the threshold and as we cross the finish line. Into 2024. How do you feel? So one of the biggest, best decisions I ever made is to commit to my dream. So if you chose to commit to your highest self, as you rise to your highest self, what decisions What actions do you need to take in order to get there? Because I truly believe, you know, there's like miracles and things happening all the time. I see it every day. There's miracles that show up that even when the things don't work out, it still works out. We get the lesson, we get the beauty. And there's also required action. We do the footwork. When you make decisions not based off of where you are today, But based off of that higher self, your entire life is going to change. Your entire life will transform before your eyes just like this. And you guys, this is the biggest shift I ever made in my business when I stopped making decisions from where I was and I started putting on my hats, on my crown of being the CEO boss babe with the empire, with the vision. I started now not looking at things as cost, but as investments. Right? I bought 2 companies before I took the entire summer off. They sat there. I knew the potential. So I made the investment, which was a big chunk of money. And I sat on it, knowing, trusting, believing that these are sustainable businesses, they're not going anywhere, that I can market and I know how to brand. I know how to create a beautiful brand that sells. I know how to sell. I know how to use social media. I know how to use the power of social media to sell. You invest in the thing right now, you get the branding, you get the social media going, you get all the things going, you show up consistently, and you start acting as if— you start stepping into the being, your highest self— you are going to rise. Are you ready to rise? Are you making a decision? Are you fully committed to the journey, to the days you don't feel like it, to the days it feels hard, to the beautiful joyous celebrations?
