Hey everybody, Val Nichols here coming at you live. I am in my beautiful home office here today instead of being outside next to a fire, which was amazing. But that just shows you guys the dedication that I have for you because yesterday my husband wanted to take me on a hot date and go see a movie and do dinner and all that. So My point in sharing this is I want to ask you guys, like, this question I'm going to ask you, I want you to really, like, hook onto it and take it seriously, even though it might seem on a surface level, it might seem a little bit cliché. Okay, the question I'm going to ask you is going to be the question that is going to propel you into 2020 and for the rest of your life. You have to watch your words because if you say, oh, you know, having a coach is too expensive, then what you're doing is you're aligning yourself, you're aligning the universe And it's going to show up and make sure that it's always going to be too expensive. Your words, your language is so important, you guys. So important. The words you use. I mean, all the time I get messages like, you're so inspiring. I wish I could open a business. I wish I could be a coach like you. I wish I could go after my dreams. I wish I could write that book. I wish that I could do this. And you've got to realize that You know, there's no secret sauce about taking a chance and taking a risk and going after what you want. You just have to do it. You have to be persistent, and you have to believe in yourself when it doesn't even make sense to believe in yourself, right? And when you say— oh, thank you, Sheila. Yes, yes, so true. Words are very powerful. Words are very powerful. And here's the thing: if you had absolute certainty, what is that one thing that you would do in 2020? What is that one thing you would do if you had absolute certainty that you would not fail? And the reason why this one thing is so important is because this one thing is the thing that you. Must do. You must think about it. That one thing that you would do if you had absolute certainty that you would not fail. You must. That is your mission. It is your responsibility in the world to do that one thing. Looks like Sheila just shared. Thank you so much for taking this time to share. You know, I was talking about this yesterday when my husband and I went on this hot date to— oh my gosh, I still get butterflies over him. It's ridiculous. So we went on this date last night to celebrate the fact that I just had this amazing summit where I had 21 days of all these experts that I was interviewing. I've been asked to be a part of, you know, podcasts and other people's summits, online shows, keynote speakers in the Northwest. I'm going to be doing a back-to-back double keynote speaking for a very powerful women's conference here in the Northwest. I'm going to be going to San Diego doing a a conference. I'll be in San Diego leading retreats and things like that. Like, amazing things have happened because of this summit, because I said yes. And the reason why this summit happened was because I had this, this idea and this vision, right? There was a vision in my heart to bring amazing, powerful women on one platform because I realized the message I had in my heart to help women win Like as a coach, honestly, I want to see my clients. I love it when my clients win. I love it when they hit marks that are higher than I'm doing. I have a client right now who literally is has it in her pipeline to hit a million dollars this year, a million dollars by the end of or 2019. And you guys, I'm I'm already there. I know that she's gonna hit it. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that she's gonna hit it. And we're gonna celebrate like it's freaking— I don't even know. We're just gonna celebrate. It's gonna be amazing. Incredible. You guys, as a coach, I love when the women I work with win. I love when the women I work with go from having a corporate job that is sucking their soul to going from knowing nothing about a business, like saying, oh yeah, I want to be a coach, or I want to be a health coach, but I don't know how to start. I don't know, like, what do I say? What do I say in a live? How do I get clients? How do I? You know, I'm so disillusioned with this entire like online business thing. Like what do I do to having a thriving business where they're making five thousand dollars a month and they have their own clients and they're making impacts in the world? I can't tell you guys how much it means to me when I read a message where someone says, "Oh my gosh, Val! I before I met you, I didn't know what my life could be like." And my life will never be the same. You guys, I still— like, I'm about to cry. I still get teared up by that. And you have that thing, whether that's writing a book, if that's getting on stage and sharing your story, if that's climbing a mountain, if that's traveling to Europe, if that's creating your own online business where you're making $5,000, $10,000, $20,000 a month, where you have the freedom to travel. Where you have the freedom to spend time on your health and put yourself first, and not in a selfish way. Don't hear that. But you know, in a way that you're able to take care of yourself, create boundaries in your life, create a magnetic confidence like we talked about yesterday. Create a magnetic confidence where literally you walk in a room and people pay attention. They're like, "Who is that woman?" I don't even know what she's doing or who what she's about, but I want to talk to her. I want to know her because there's something about her. You know, where you have the type of confidence to talk about your business. Because, you know, I just shared this on a podcast I was on. The difference between my business and my personal life is nothing. There is no difference, you guys. There— it's so all-encompassing that I can sit on a plane and, you know, talk to the person next to me, and in the middle of our conversation they're saying, I need your card because I need you in my life, right? To be able to have conversations like that and just be so compelling and be such an influencer that you create so much impact in people's lives. That's what's possible for you if you lean into that one thing that you're being called to do, that one thing that you want to do in 2020, that one thing that you would do if you had Absolute certainty that you wouldn't fail. Absolute certainty. What is that one thing? What is that one thing for you? Sheila says, wow, thank you. You are so welcome, my love. So, so welcome. So when you put your mind to something, whenever you put your mind to something, you guys, so think about what is that one thing that you're going to do in 2020. That if you had absolute certainty, you would not fail. Here's the thing, and I can tell you, I can share you this from full transparency and fully from my own experience, that the moment you step out and you say yes, the moment you step out and you say yes to that thing, that one thing that you are so called to do and so called to be, A million excuses come up. A million excuses. A million things could come up to prevent you from doing the thing that you want to do. Time, money, resources. But like we talked about earlier in this live, you've got to watch your words. They are so powerful. And instead of saying, I can't do that, or I don't have enough money, I don't have the right resources, I don't know the right people, blah blah blah blah blah. You guys, I just I had 21 experts who not only agreed to be on this show with me, but they endorsed me fully and they shared everything that we share— had everything that we had with their entire email lists. They didn't know me. They didn't know anything about me. You know, most of them had not heard of Val Nichols Coaching or what I do and what I be. But when you have the energetic alignment, when you are energetically aligned to your vision, And you say, I don't know. I don't know how this is going to work. I don't. I don't know how this is going to work, but I am fully committed to seeing it through to the end. That is when the incredible magic happens. The universe, God, angels, whatever it is you believe in. Will align itself to create everything so it falls into place for you. The universe is constantly delivering whatever it is that you are ordering. And here's a tip: if you find yourself complaining or creating excuses, creating reasons why You can't do something. The universe is just going to keep showing up and creating that for you because whatever you complain about, you're giving energy to. You're giving, um, you're giving it attention. It's kind of like, you know, the, the little 2-year-old that they realize when they throw a fit and throw themselves on the floor at the grocery store that mommy's gonna buy them that sugary cereal. They start to notice and realize, okay, yeah, so this gets me attention, right? Same thing when you're complaining, you're making excuses, you're saying, I don't have enough, I'm not good enough, I don't have— you're focusing on the lack. What's going to happen is the universe is going to hear that and it's going to deliver lack to you over and over and over again. Because you can look around right now at your reality, you can look around right now at your life, and I guarantee you Whatever you have that's around you is a direct result of the order you've been giving. So what is that one thing that if you had absolute certainty in your life, you would do it? What is that one thing? Because it is your mission. Your purpose and your responsibility to go 100% fully after that thing. And instead of, you know, creating excuses— because, you know, we create excuses— instead of creating the excuse, I can't, it's not the right time, it's not the right— for any of you guys who've been following me, you know it will never be the right time. This is something I take a huge stand on. It's never going to be the right time. It's never going to be perfect. You're never going to be fully in alignment. You just have to go because confidence comes from being. Confidence comes from doing. If you, you know, if you want to hear more about this, watch my live from yesterday. I was outside next to the fire. I talked all about creating magnetic confidence. You know, it's like you're— it's never going to be the right time. You've just got to hook onto it. You've got to fully commit and not give up because I can tell you I've worked with hundreds of females to help them create the successful business that they have today. And the one thing, the one thing that sets apart the women who make it and the women who don't, which I would say, you know, 90% of my clients make it because 9 out of 10 of them are, they're open, they're willing to do the work, and they're willing to follow the coaching, which is to believe in yourself, to get rockstar solid. You know, for me, it's not just this mindset coaching, coaching of, oh, align yourself and do this and do this. You know, I am so attached to their outcome. I'm not attached to, you know, whatever else, but I am so attached to your outcome that I am going to take a stand for you, and I am not going to allow you to give up on your dreams. I just— I won't. Because having done it myself, having, you know, the same things come up, the same— you know, you're in the ring with yourself. All the time, you're constantly in the ring with yourself whenever you're chasing after your dreams. You hide out, you become afraid, you get caught up in fear, you get caught up in the fear of success. I mean, let's be honest, right? How many of us get caught up in the fear of success? Well, what if I do get ten clients? What if I hire you and all of a sudden I have ten clients, and then I'm worried that I'm not going to be able to fulfill it? I'm worried that I don't have enough confidence. I'm worried that I'm not going to be able to. Deliver the results that you have, right? But you're in the ring with yourself. You're in the ring with yourself, and I absolutely will not allow you to give up on yourself. That's just— that's a guarantee. That's something I do. Like, that's just— it's— it won't happen. It won't happen. So can you imagine? Sheila says, absolutely terrified. What if I'm not enough? Yes, absolutely. Yes, and that is so common. You're not alone in that. I'm sure, you know, you know that, but I just want to reaffirm that to you, that you're not alone in that. You know, every single one of us struggle with some form of that— am I enough? And I want to tell you, Sheila, you are enough. You are enough. You are more than enough. You have more than enough right now in your experiences In who you are, your message, your unique purpose in life, to go after it 100%. I believe that. Hey, Joey! Can you imagine what would have happened if, you know, Brené Brown would have said, well, I'm a researcher, I am not going to get on a stage, I'm shy, I'm awkward, I say, you know, I laugh weird, people are judging me, like, I'm not gonna do it, there's just— there's no way. You guys, oh my goodness! So imagine, I want you guys to pretend like it's 2020 and you are filling your calendar with writing that book, with amazing soul-aligned incredible clients.
