So that's also a responsibility that I take on myself. And I think what's more important for me in the environment in which I work is the culture that I would like to establish. Will there be an environment in which that's allowed to flourish? And so there's a component of the culture that I want to try and create and build. Will that be a fit for the company that I'm working for? And within Nike, it's absolutely the case. And then I think there's a responsibility on me alongside a lot of my team to actually lead by example and create that culture and really foster that mentality to almost be at the forefront of trying to push a lot of the words that you're using around curiosity, nimbleness, and just overall agility, I think.
