I still have this mindset and I always did, um, which is I'm right. I know the answer. Let me do my job. And it, uh, that obviously doesn't always work when, uh, you have bosses and, uh, you are part of a larger company. And it took me a very long time to figure out, way too long, how to balance that with building consensus, you know, getting everybody on board, educating people, understanding what's in it for them, how this is going to affect their job, their team, getting their input, taking the time to really make them feel comfortable. And I was fortunate to have enough really amazing bosses and mentors along my career who saw that like the value was there, but the way I delivered that value could use some tweaking. And, uh, they, they gave me very good feedback over the years.
