Gap Incorporated has partnered with Klarna to offer the payment provider services across its portfolio of brands including Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic, and Athleta. In news that shocked us, RTR, or the disruptor that created the fashion rental category and forever changed the fashion ecosystem, today, or this year, announced a growth recapitalization. But we just found out they're still a thing. Weird. CX sees an improvement in, um, NPS, but financial results were not as rosy. While revenue grew 2.5% year over year to $80.9 million, Gross profit decreased 25% to $24.3 million according to the company's earnings reports. In August, they announced a recapitalization plan to reduce debt.
