So what was interesting about what you shared is real progress happens when someone takes responsibility for the problem that no one owns yet. Everyone saw it as a problem, but real progress happened when someone owns that problem and goes to do something about it. And that's what he did. And what he did is he went to Europe to, to see how the Europeans were doing it. He didn't have to start from scratch. He wanted to get inspiration from other places and then bring it back.
