Welcome to House of Wellbeing. You're listening to the Building Meaningful Rapport Hypnotherapy Booster Audio. In a moment, the hypnosis will begin, but before it does, I'd like to remind you that the following audio contains powerful hypnotic suggestions that aim to help you reach a deep level of relaxation. So please be sure that wherever you're listening to this session, you're in a safe and comfortable place, free from distractions, where you can fully relax and let go. Please don't listen to this if you're driving or operating machinery, should there be an emergency, your subconscious mind will alert you and you'll easily come out of hypnosis. But right now, there's nothing at all you need to do apart from close your eyes, relax, lie back and let go and really enjoy all the peaceful feelings and benefits that come with it. Allow your eyes to gently close as you sink into a comfortable, heavy position. Allow your breaths to become long and still steady as you sink further into relaxation. With every exhalation, I'd like you to take a deep breath in and hold it for a count of four, and then release to a count of six, and again breathe in for a count of four, hold it for a count of four and slowly breathe out to a count of six. Repeat the process as you signal to your body that it's time to relax and let go, allowing your muscles to release tension, knowing you are safe, you are calm at all times. Your journey of change is about to start here. Today we're going to focus on building more meaningful rapport with people that you meet. You start by finding a better way to communicate, which results in meaningful conversations with all of those you connect with. So when you're introduced to someone new, you make sure you do the simple things like remembering their name, their face, or a piece of information about them that they've told you. This enables you to find good common ground and to connect with them. You try and relate to a person through a shared experience, perhaps giving your opinion on a subject matter. You empathize more with people now and the things that they might have gone through, helping you to demonstrate to this person that you understand their feelings and past experiences. Or if you find it hard to reach a common ground, you can just be curious and interested in the person you're talking to. Perhaps you ask Them questions about who they are and what they like to do, learning and getting to know the person even more. You make any person you talk to feel important because you're interested in them. Building your rapport. More and more, you are a great listener. You listen to people without interrupting them, making great eye contact and non verbal communication signals when needed, such as a simple nod of the head or smile. You pay attention to their nonverbal cues and mannerisms, their body posture, eye contact and facial expressions. You match these cues when appropriate and ensure that your own body language is positive. Your active listening skills reassure the person that you're talking to that they have your full attention, fostering great communication. And you ensure that the person that you're speaking to feels listened to. And in return, they enjoy listening to you too, all the time, ensuring that your rapport, trust and likeability is building. You try and keep your conversation positive, steering away from criticism, strong judgment, or anything that will negatively impact them or your connection. I'd like you now to use your powerful imagination to think of three people that you already have great rapport with. It may be family, loved ones, people you work with, friends or even spiritual beings or God. It can be whoever you want. These connections you communicate well with. There's trust, understanding, compassion. You value their opinion and they value yours. You have a strong connection with these people. Imagine now that they're all stood around you. I'd like you to notice their kind faces and hear any kind words they have to give you and want you to associate something with them that you respect and like about the rapport and communication you have with them. It may be that you respect someone's listening skills. You might respect the way someone gives you authentic advice or asks you the right questions. Now I want you to step back into yourself and imagine there's a silk cord coming out from each of these people. And at the end of this cord, you're holding the three pieces of silk in your hand. Imagine this silk in any color you like. Take your time now to feel the rapport you love about them flowing through the cord like energy and going into your hands and body. You are taking on these attributes that you love about these people as they start to fuel your confidence and ability to be a great communicator. When the energy has finished flowing from them to you. I'd like you to thank each and every person saying how grateful you are for the communication and rapport gift that they have passed on to you. And these suggestions are firmly embedded in your subconscious mind. And they grow stronger and stronger day by day. They grow stronger by the day, stronger by the hour, and stronger by the minute. In a moment, I'm going to awaken you by counting from one to five. At the count of five, you'll be wide awake, feeling fully alert and fantastic. So coming up now. 1, 2, 3. Coming slowly back, feeling happy and pleased with this new experience. Four eyes beginning to flicker and five eyes open wide awake, Mind and body returning fully.
