Hi, sweet friends. I'm Emily Fletcher from Ziva Meditation and I made these affirmations for you anytime that you forgot how amazing you are. These are affirmations you can listen to in the morning while you brush your teeth, while you make your bed, when you're hitting snooze and you're in that liminal space after your meditation, when your brain is subjective and open, or anytime you want to feel like the most amazing version of you. So here's the deal. I'm 13 years into a twice a day Ziva meditation practice. And now, no joking, the moment I open my eyes, my set point, my default is thank you God. Thank you, thank you, Goddess for giving me a body. I am so grateful that I get to have a body at this moment in history. Thank you for giving me a body at the moment that I could have a son. Thank you for smells and tastes and orgasms and sheets and showers and oceans. Thank you, thank you, thank you. But this was not always my set point. It took a long time of moving through the stress and the trauma and the conditioning to open my eyes and be in a state of enthusiastic grat. And so what I want to do as you move through these affirmations is to get you on the fast track to extraordinary gratitude. To remind your head, remind your heart, and remind your hoo ha just how fortunate you are. Look, you could have incarnated as a rock. You could have incarnated as a slug, but you didn't. You chose to be a human. Your soul chose to have a body. So let's have the most fun with it. Let's savor every drop out of this thing called the human experience, shall we? So, to enjoy these, you do not need to sit down, you don't need to lie down. You can do them anywhere you like. I recommend repeating after me. If you're in a public place, you can do it silently. If you're in private, I would recommend that you say it out loud because it turns out that your cells are listening. And if you would love for this state to be your default, then join me inside of Ziva online and we will take you there. Alright, here we go again. You can repeat after me silently in your mind, or even better, if you do it out loud.
Wow.
Thank you nature, for the gift of having a body. I am truly Grateful to be alive. Thank you, skin, for the experience of touch. Thank you, eyes, for the delight of witnessing a sunset. Thank you, body, for the invention of deep, restful sleep. Thank you for yawns and sneezes and tickles. Thank you, body, for communicating to me when I am out of balance. I am listening to you. Thank you, body, for honoring what you need. I am so uniquely beautiful. There is no one in the entire cosmos like me. There is no one to compete with because there is no one like me. I choose to trust myself. I choose to trust nature. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, nature, for my unique gifts. Please use me as a vessel. Thank you for giving me these gifts. Please use me as a vessel. Nature, I am at your service. Please use me for your highest purpose. Have me do what you want me to do. Have me say what you want me to say. I commit to getting stronger every day. I choose to love myself more fully every day. What if I choose to love myself right now? What would happen if I accept every nook and cranny on my body as perfectly designed? Wouldn't I never judge a tree as ugly? Why would I look at my body with anything but reverence and respect? I choose reverence and respect to look at my body. I see my body through the lens of reverence and respect. Thank you, nature, for the gift of pleasure chemicals. Thank you, nature, for the gift of chocolate. Thank you for cuddles. Thank you for orgasms. Thank you, body, even for the days where you feel sick. Thank you for the opportunity to rest. My cells are getting healthier every single day. My body is a carefully orchestrated symphony of miraculous biochemical functions. I see my body as a vessel towards enlightenment. I commit to purification. I am resilient. I am stunning. I am so strong. My body is getting stronger every day. My body is healing in unexpected ways. I choose to see the divinity in my body instead of the flaws. My cells are getting stronger. My digestion is getting better. My body is a powerful antenna to download divine guidance. The more resilient I am, the more I can receive. I deserve perfect health. I already have my dream body. Thank you, nature, for the gift of having a body. Thank you for all of the unique gifts of this particular vessel. I choose to respect my body. I choose to cherish this vessel. I commit to taking exquisite care of my body. I will eat as an act of loving my body. I will move as a form of prayer. I savor every moment I have left in this divine human vessel. Really good now taking a big breath in and exhaling anything that you're ready to surrender, anything that keeps you from believing these affirmations is 100% true. Another big inhale into your heart, exhaling and releasing any resistance, any holding on to old stories so that your cells can receive these affirmations as true and done. Thank you so much for choosing yourself. Thank you so much for taking this time with me again. I'm Emily Fletcher and I would love to see you inside of Ziva.
