Vishen Lakhiani presents a short YouTube talk arguing that AI will compress a century of change into a few years and highlights five immediate AI-driven trends: AI-designed product packaging, large-scale job disruption (he cites an estimate that ~40% of jobs may disappear in 2–3 years), AI-enabled multilingual dubbing that replicates his voice and lip movements, AI predictive analytics for markets and company data, and AI agents acting as virtual employees. He discusses societal responses (taxing robot labor, universal basic income, reduced workweeks) and promotes Mindvalley’s free AI summit on July 12–14 (broadcast on Zoom) to help entrepreneurs and knowledge workers leverage recent AI advances.

Experts say that between 2022 and 2026, we are going to see as much change in the world as between 1900 and the year 2000. That's a hundred years of change in four years. And we're beginning to feel it. Here are five things that's happening with AI right now that's going to freaking blow your mind. So first, this. See this? This is our new supplement line. Yet our bottles for the supplement line were all designed by AI. This beautiful e unique supplement container. AI did this, not a human being. Think your job is safe now. Whether you produce music or you produce film or you're a lawyer, AI is going to disrupt your job. By some estimates, 40% of jobs are going to disappear in the next two to three years. And this is scary if you're not leveraging AI. But if you are leveraging AI, there's a huge opportunity here. Three, language barriers. You no longer just have to speak to the market of the language you serve. For example, I'm able to get our content out to Spanish, to German, to French, all because AI is able to instantly dub me in my voice, even fine tuning the way my lips move so it genuinely looks like I'm speaking French or Spanish or German. Number four, AI predictions. AI is becoming uncanny at predicting stock market trends and predicting currency fluctuations, even at showing you new ways to look at data involving your company. We recently moved to a new AI platform. We pump in all the data about our company and AI shows us trends that our human analysts are missing. Now, the fifth is the wildest one, AI agents. You can now create virtual employees called AI agents. And these agents can do things that regular employees do, but in a fraction of time. Now, what does this mean for the future of work? Frankly, I don't know. But I remember being in Silicon Valley a few years ago and hearing someone quote Bill Gates. And what Gates said is, if robots are going to take jobs, tax the robots. What I believe is going to happen is that companies leveraging robots and leveraging AI in a large way are going to pay a social tax that is then going to go to a general public that is going to be working less and less. What we are talking about here is universal Basic income. So while many people are fearing AI, I believe it's going to cause a new human renaissance. Work hours are going to shrink. They're going to go from five days a week to maybe two to three days a week. As Elon Musk said, universal Basic income isn't an if, it's now a when we are going to be working less, we're going to be sharing jobs amongst us because AI is going to make us all so much more productive. Because of these rapid changes, Mindvalley is hosting our annual AI summit on July 12, 13, 14. And what we'll be covering is how you, as an entrepreneur, as a knowledge worker, as an executive, can leverage some of the hard work smartest new trends in AI that emerged over the last six months to completely transform the way you work. And if you play your cards right, we believe you could shave off a day to a day and a half of work within months. Go check out the link below to sign up Free. The Summit will be broadcast on Zoom completely free.
