Today we are going to tap into your intuitiveness nature, the origin of all guidance, creativity and well being. Intuition is the way the subconscious mind communicates with the conscious mind. The information in our brains that give us that feeling or inner knowing is real. But the way the information comes together happens outside our consciousness awareness. Which is why it can be hard to trust or listen to. We all have intuition and each of us has the capacity to tap into our intuition to help us reach our truest potential. It's up to us whether or not we choose to listen. We sometimes feel sensations in our body before our brain recognizes the emotions associated with with these sensations. For that reason, it's important to notice how different parts of your body are feeling throughout the day. And from there you can begin to recognize your intuition when it's trying to get your attention. Begin, as always by taking a few moments to center yourself. Find your breath and relax your mind. Allow whatever stress or worries you have today to slip quietly away for a few minutes. Allow yourself simply to be as we begin. Allow yourself to to exhale audibly. This may be a loud sigh or simply a long full exhalation. If you feel any tension in your mind, your neck or your chest, repeat this sigh two or three times. Release. Do you carry tension in your head? Your neck, your shoulders, your lower back? When you feel anxious, do you feel it in your chest or stomach? When you pay attention to the sensations in your body, you'll notice stress and anxiety before it manifests as an emotion. You'll also notice the nudges, feelings or knowings before you really know how to make sense of them, allowing the tension to fade, allowing the mind to drop more fully into stillness. Your attention is resting within. Now begin to draw your attention to your solar plexus, your third chakra region. This center is in your mid torso, just below your ribs and above your navel. As you breathe, notice the movement of this space, the rise and fall of the air within you, expanding, contracting, a constant flow. Now see if you can hone your focus. What else is there besides the breath? There is the movement of air, the movement of your body and what else? Your breath is a symbol. It is a pointer to the vital energy in your body, to your connection with all that is. Can you feel this energy independent of your breath when your mind wanders? Reset. Find your Breath. Find the energy alongside your breath. Focus on the space within. This space is the seat of your intuition, the seat of joy. It is a source of unconditional love and support, of guidance and well being. Imagine yourself fully surrounded by the energy of your intuition. This energy is safe, it is calm, it is relaxed. It trusts. It trusts in your ability to make the right decision. Can you allow yourself to sink even deeper into trust and relaxation and calm? Can you allow yourself to sink deeper knowing that whatever is meant for you will find its way to you? Whatever decision you need to make will be made. Trust yourself and tap into your intuition and be open to receiving guidance from your higher self. Your intuition will guide you to become more of the real you. Sometimes it may feel scary to make certain decisions in our life. But if we're being honest with ourselves, we've always known what is right for us. And maybe along the way we disconnected from that part of ourselves our deepest wisdom, our intuition. You're here now, connecting and deepening your trust and your relationship with your intuition. That is what matters, making it a daily practice to connect with your intuition. As we end our practice today, notice how you are breathing. Feel the rise and fall of your chest, the rise and fall of your belly. Gently wiggle your toes. Rock your knees side to side. Gently wake up your thighs, the back of your legs. Rock your hips side to side. Place your right hand on your heart, your left hand over your right hand. Continue to breathe in and out while your hands are over your heart and gently whisper out loud. As long as I connect with my intuition, I will never make the wrong decision. As long as I connect with my intuition, I will never make the wrong decision. Continue to stay here or gently wake yourself up to a seated position. Take one deep inhale with an audible exhale. Namaste.
