Welcome to House of well Being. You are listening to the letting go of worries before Sleep Hypnotherapy Audio.
In.
A moment the hypnosis will begin, but before it does, I would just like to remind you that the following audio contains powerful hypnotic suggestions that aim to help you reach a deep level of relaxation. So please be sure to that wherever you are listening to this audio, you are in a safe and comfortable place, free from distractions, where you can fully relax and let go. Please don't listen to this if you are driving or operating machinery, should there be an emergency, your subconscious mind will alert you and you will easily come out of hypnosis. But right now there is nothing at all that you need to do apart from close your eyes, relax, lie back and let go and really enjoy these peaceful feelings and all the benefits that come with it. Make yourself as good comfortable as possible and just concentrate on the sound of my voice and begin by drawing in a long, slow, deep breath in through your nose. Hold the breath for a moment and now slightly open the mouth and release all the air from your body in a long, low, deep sigh and relax, allowing your lungs to naturally deflate as your body sinks into gentle relaxation. Now this is your time. Just for you. Nobody wanting anything or needing anything from you and you can release any tension, relax and let go as I guide you through a journey of relaxation. A journey that you will find very beneficial to your overall well being. Now, in your creative imagination, I want you to imagine that you are standing on the very top of a hill on a beautiful island. It's a lovely warm summer's day. There is a clear blue sky and not a cloud in sight and the temperature is just how you like it. You can feel the gentle warmth of the sun on your head and shoulders and hearing the sounds of nature all around you makes you feel even more relaxed. The long grasses in the meadow below sway slightly and you see a winding path that disappears into a small apple orchard just at the bottom of the hill. And just beyond the orchard you can see the city sea, the sunlight darting off of the top of the waves, the whole ocean shimmering and sparkling. You begin to move easily down the path now, noticing the grass ringing under your feet, pushing you encouragingly towards your destination. You can catch the faint smell of the sea air in the breeze as you get closer to the ocean now. And as you stroll down, down, down the winding path, you move so smoothly and easily. You feel relaxed, centered and fully in control. You are becoming aware now of a growing calm within you. You stop to look at the beautiful flowers growing each side of the path. Their colors are so vivid and bright. And as you stand there for a moment, taking in the view, a feeling of happiness flows through you. Continuing on down, you are now aware of the deep sense of calmness and tranquility that is sweeping over you right from the top of your head to the tips of your toes, renewing your energy, feeling wonderful. As you walk, you find yourself almost floating, as though in a dream world. Down, down towards the orchard. You move with such ease, with no effort whatsoever. And in no time at all you find yourself drifting through the fruit trees with lush, cool green foliage forming a canopy overhead. And you see the sunlight glittering through the branches. And as you stand there, you feel this glittering sunlight on your face and neck. And you feel and experience it vibrating through your entire body, mind system. And as the sunlight moves, it glows and warms and soothes and heals your body and mind. And you release and relax and move down, down, down through the grove. You take in another deep breath and relax even more. Now you can hear the sound of the ocean as you move nearer and nearer. And with each step you take, you feel more relaxed, calmer, as you continue to follow the winding path that leads you downwards. You turn a corner and to your delight, you find yourself on a beautiful deserted beach. A golden shoreline sweeping away into a small bay in front of of you. And the ocean is a striking turquoise.
Blue.
Warm, pure and clear. You can feel the warm sand underneath your shoes and kicking them off, you stroll lazily across the beach to the water's edge. Feel the golden sand change to a moist, firm coolness beneath your feet. As you wander along the shoreline, looking back every so often to see your lazy trail of footprints in the sand behind you. Every so often, a larger than usual wave washes up, sending streams of warm foaming water around your feet. And you stand for a moment, looking out to sea, tasting the salt on the breeze and turning around. You start to walk up the beach towards a grassy mound. As you walk slowly up, you take in the smell of the ocean, hear the sound of the water hissing over the warm sand. Reaching the mountain now, you sit down in its hollow, making yourself comfortable, and you gaze out across this breathtaking scene, watching the waves roll in and the waves roll out again, rhythmically in and out you idly trickle warm golden sand through your fingers, noticing just how good you feel. You are so relaxed now that you have opened up your subconscious mind and you are ready to start making those changes you have been wanting to make once and for all. Now that you're in this deeply relaxed state, it's time to focus on letting go of worries. Before sleep, we all have worries and that's completely normal. Some worrying is good as it can motivate us to take action or better prepare ourselves for something. But when we worry excessively, it can not only affect our mental health, but also our sleep. Quite simply, if we didn't have any worries, we would never move forward and learn what it is to be conscious human being. But today we're going to take hold of any worries that are preventing us from getting a good night's sleep and change them into something special. I want you to acknowledge any worries or fears that you have at night that you believe are preventing you from sleep sleeping every evening or that time you go to sleep. I'd like you to write down the worries, anxieties and fears that you have on your mind. Make sure that there are no more than 6. Keep a pen and paper by your bed and write them down each night. The simple act of writing them down will signal your body that these worries are not for now, but for tomorrow. With these worries, you ask yourself for any solutions. If there are no clear solutions right now, you can sleep on them, letting the answers to your problems come to you in time as you ask your intuition to guide you and to give you the answers while you sleep. Rest is for tonight, worry is for tomorrow. And now, in every way, you feel able to balance your worries in a positive way. You are letting go of your worries now, drifting deeper and deeper into relaxation, feeling your body drifting off to a peaceful, worry free sleep. And as you drift off into a restful sleep, your subconscious mind does a wonderful thing while you sleep. It helps you work out these worries and stresses and reassures you that everything will work out fine, everything will be okay. You have nothing to worry about. And on waking each morning, you read your list again and you notice that you have a new perception on things. New insights and new ideas to help you resolve issues which pleases you. Your sleep has been a powerful tool to helping you a positive step towards change and hope. After you have written your list and put your worries out of your mind, I want you to notice any feeling of worrying your body. Now where do you feel this worry? Perhaps you feel the worry in your Head, your stomach or chest. When you find this worry, I want you to give it a color or a shape. A calming, soothing color color. Or perhaps a beautiful shape that you admire. Now try changing the color or shape to a lighter shade again and again until the color fades to nothing or the shape gets smaller and smaller until it dissolves and disappears. That's right. Take your time to find the worry in your body. Give it a color or shape, and then slowly watch it fade or dissolve until it disappears. Now I'd like you to visualize a time when you were worriless and carefree. When sleep came easily for you. When you slept so well at night that you woke up rejuvenated and restored. This might be last week, last year, even when you were a child. Remember being a great sleeper now, as this is your future now. Your body and mind remembers this time and can easily click back to being the best sleeper, free from worry and stress. With this newfound love of sleep, you understand your power to create your own life. You have confidence to be your best self. As your future is bright, worries now fade away and new opportunities grow. You understand now that you need the right balance. Too much worry will stop you from going in the direction that makes you grow. Too little worry and you will be on free flow to every direction, not knowing where to go. You're now in a balance, letting excess worry go. I invite you to relax now and rest on this thought. Let your mind unwind now. You are a brilliant sleeper. You sleep more peacefully, restfully, deeply. You wake up feeling more refreshed, alert, motivated, confident, productive and happy. Rest is for the night and worry is for tomorrow. Tomorrow you move forward to finding your safe place of peace, to better sleep, rest and happiness. You feel in control of your life now and in the future. Good night, my friend. Sleep well. And these suggestions are firmly embedded in your subconscious mind. And grow stronger and stronger day by day. They grow stronger by the day, stronger by the hour, stronger by the minute. If you want to continue sleeping, you will ignore the following suggestions to awaken and you will continue to sleep until you wake up at a time that you set yourself. However, if you do wish to wake up, you will do so easily and effortlessly by listening to the following. Now I am going to awaken you by counting from one to five. At the count of five, you will be wide awake, feeling fully alert and fantastic. Coming up now. 1, 2, 3. You are coming slowly back, feeling happy and pleased with this new experience. 4. Your eyes are beginning to flicker. And 5. Eyes open wide awake mind and body returning fully.
