Most people think love is finding that one person who will fulfill your dreams, will make you happy, will be totally compatible with you, and it will just be wonderful from there on out.
Of course, the cure for that illusion is to be in a long term relationship. Because relationships change and love deepens. Love becomes something very different from that romantic love. So people have the whole range of ideas about what love is. When we talk about love through our lens. Love is an energy. Love is an energy between two people. And it's an energy that has some very specific qualities. It's an energy that elevates people. It's an energy that brings out the best and the worst of people because it goes very deep into who they are, who their personalities are. And it can be very trying, but it also has great rewards.
Love can still be very romantic many, many years down the road. And that's what I love about love, that our love has become very romantic in a way that doesn't have those ups and downs that the early times had.
But it's a different kind of romantic, isn't it?
Yeah, but it's still magical to me.
Okay. You have an energy field around you. You can imagine it as a vibr bubble. And it has a lot of qualities. There's a lot of richness in that energy field. Just like our physical anatomy is complex, our energy anatomy is complex. When you communicate with other people, your energy interacts with theirs. Similarly, your romantic relationship with your partner is a constant dance between yours and your partner's energies.
You know these energies through your feelings. Whether it is the euphoria of falling in love or the agony of being in a dead relationship, it is always the case that when a relationship has gone sour, the energies between the partners are out of harmony.
