Are Your Daily Habits Killing Your Chances Of Success? | John Assaraf

John Assaraf (CEO and founder of NeuroGym) presents a short talk about how daily habits can help or hinder success. Drawing on neuroscience and Charles Duhigg's "habit loop" framework (trigger → behavior → reward), he explains that to change a habit you must identify the trigger, interrupt or replace the automatic behavior, and maintain the reward. He gives practical examples (skip morning coffee, replace evening wine with water or a walk, do sit-ups) and calls the awareness practice part of an "inner sizing" (inner-size) process, ending with a call-to-action to choose one habit to change.
