Get that breathiness. You've been out of breath before. You know what I mean?
You're such a tease.
Just imagine we're in a club and the music is playing and I'm feeling good. And then he did not want to leave you. And maybe some cases he didn't.
I need a glass of water.
And now, guys, here to educate us, here to inspire us, here to teach us how to move, we have body language expert. This woman has shared stages with Barack Obama, Opry Winfrey. I feel so honored right now, truly. She teaches the top sales producers in the world, and they've generated over $2 billion. This woman is an expert in her craft, and today we are blessed and honored to have us with us teaching us on body language. So please welcome Linda Clements. Thank you.
Welcome, Linda. And welcome, Caitlin. So this interview format, I wanted to do it a little bit different. Firstly, Linda Clemens, who is this incredible woman. So Linda was a member of our community. She had attended several Mindvalley events, and we had kind of like said hi to each other, but never really met. And then one of our authors introduced me to her and said, you got to interview this lady for the Mindvalley podcast. So I brought her on. Back then, our podcast was done in a webinar format. We had hundreds of people watching live, and then we had hundreds of thousands of people listening to it. And Linda's topic was intriguing. It was basically body language to make you irresistibly sexy. You see, if you're running a podcast, you gotta have a title that's going to grab people. Who doesn't want to be irresistibly sexy, Right? And so Linda got on this podcast and she basically seduced the audience, men, because we had a live audience. Men started melting, then women started melting, then I started melting. It's incredible. And she has all of these techniques. It's like a toolkit of sex appeal. And so what we're going to do today is we're going to go deeper into some of Linda's unique tools. Caitlin's going to interview Linda from a female perspective. I'm going to be interviewing Linda from a male perspective. And for those of you who are new to our interview format, let me introduce Caitlin. Caitlin's, the host of many mindvalley events. She's a remarkable healer, one of the most inspirational people I know. Her talks get standing ovations. She has inspired people to heal their body because of this woman, a truly powerful human being. And so, Caitlin, Linda, welcome on stage.
Thank you so much. Thank you. I'm excited to be here. Every time I have the opportunity to be able to share drop gold, diamonds or nuggets, to be able to transform someone, I get excited about it. And when I'm near you, I feel like I'm a third wheel.
A third wheel on a date.
Right now.
When you're near me, when you're.
When I'm right, when I'm near you, I just sense a special vibration and energy and fire.
Thank you. That's a cologne called Ode to Greatness.
And so, again, thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of this wonderful, wonderful community. I've met so many people and have so many great experiences.
Thank you. Linda. Now I do have a question for you. Me and Caitlin are wearing these, like, dorky little mics. You have a held mic? Is that a sexiness trick?
It could be a sexiness trick. It could be from the way I hold the mic.
See what I mean? See what I mean? This woman is genius.
I'm trying to behave. My niece is here. Right, but.
Niece, could you leave the room, please?
Close your eyes.
I need Linda. Like, fully being Linda. How old is your niece?
She's old enough.
Yes. Okay, great.
She's 27. So she can handle it.
Right? So, Linda, let's talk about the word sexy. What makes someone sexy?
So I believe what makes someone sexy is knowing who you are, your truthful, authentic self. So if you use the acronym like tap, like tap dancing, you're truthful, authentic. And it shows up in the proof. So when you're confident about yourself and know and love yourself, there's an energy that vibrates. You know, I guess Regan was talking about the vibration, and it naturally comes out. It's like, I want what he or she's having because it radiates. And confidence is a key to sexiness.
Explain. How does confidence tie to knowing yourself?
Confidence is not just knowing yourself. It is convinced and committed to your purpose as to what you were destined for. You know, I was telling a friend the other day, and she was talking about her work and that she wasn't, like, really happy, but she had to stay in that position because she felt. Because of the benefits. And I was trying to explain to her her job is what she's paid for. But your purpose is what you're made for. And. Oh, is that a tweetable moment? That's a tweet. So your purpose is what you're made for. And when you know that, you know that, you know, that's when that desire comes in. See, when I was working in corporate America, I've been in sales all of my life. And when employees, potential employees would come in, Caitlin, they would say, oh, I'd say, tell me about yourself. And they would say, I've got passion for what I do. Here is the thing. Passion comes and goes. Passion can die down. The fire can die down. But when you have a deep rooted desire, that's the thing that wakes you up at night, that's the thing that calls you. It's the thing that is constantly in your head, whatever you're destined for. So when you have that desire for something bigger and greater, it comes out so you can look at a person and not say a word. And the desire, if you have it for that person, I love that.
Can I just say, because I grew up, you know, in a religious structure, heavily programmed, and I thought sexy was something that was off limits. And to hear you talk about confidence and being sexy is just being aligned with our purpose and our desire. Anyone else have that? Like, that is a brand new understanding for me of just what it means to be sexy, just really being yourself, why you're here on earth. That purpose, that desire, that's a total reframe.
You know what I do every morning? I have a meeting in the mirror. Can everyone say meeting in the mirror? Meeting in the mirror. And that meeting in the mirror, Caitlin. I do affirmations and confirmations. I love my body, be it whatever parts that we don't like or could be better on. I love and I give attribute and honor to the Creator for that. Because guess what? I didn't have to wake up. I've had an experience. I can remember to this day. June 4, 1996. I was a radio DJ and I got off the air and I was scheduled for outpatient surgery, something minor to go in and come out. But I believe it was Mother Teresa who gets attribution to this. She says the best way to make God laugh is to make plans. So I'm going into the hospital and something happened where I ended up in a coma for seven days.
Wow.
So my heart stopped for 60 seconds. My radio listeners had vigils. My family was praying. People were preparing for the worst. But I believe that something bigger and greater Said, not yet. So when you have that kind of joy within you, look, when I'm stuck in a traffic jam, you know, I've got my niece to tell y', all get out of the car and dance around the car, because I didn't have to be here to be in the jam. So I look at everything as joy, and I try to find the miracle in any mess.
That's beautiful.
I love that. So much of what attracts us to someone else is. Is not just their confidence, but their self belief. And self belief is. Is something that arises when we truly are authentic to ourselves. But let's go beyond that. Let's go beyond the mental game because you speak about body language. In fact, Linda's program on mindvalley is called Body Language for Dating. Share some of the ideas in your program.
So what?
This is going to be fun.
Yeah.
I can tell you my boyfriend has watched this and he. I've literally walked in on him.
Is that how he became your boyfriend?
I probably did because people say, I knew him before you. And I'm like, maybe you knew him before Linda Clements.
And so some of the things we talk about in the body language for dating is the look that we. When we meet someone. So if you are going out to a club or social event and say you're alone and you're looking in the room and you see somebody that has captured your eye, and one of the things you want to do is try to lock a gaze. Okay. So when you meet their eye, look. Oh, my God.
Did you feel jackets coming off?
And you're just kept. Okay, and you're locking the gaze. But watch this. You're locking the gaze. And then you slightly look away. Practice. Who said yes? So you like that. You slightly. So it's like I did that little sneak in that peak. And then I look away. You caught me. And then I watch this. I'm looking away. Watch. And then I look back again. And so we talk about the eyes, the looks, and how you approach and how you walk across the room and how you focus on the individual of your desire. I had a friend of mine that used to tell me, he says, linda, I've watched you. You can have make love to men around the room and. And never touch them.
How many of you want to do that?
What techniques are you using, see, to make love to men around the room?
So if we talk about the face. Let's talk about the face. We have about roughly 43 facial muscles in our face. And I'll talk about this a little bit More during my session. So 43 facial muscles. We use about 37 of them to make anywhere over 27, perhaps more different expressions on our face. So when I look at someone in their face, there's different things that you can do. If it's in the business or the corporate arena, you want to stay above the base of the pyramid. So it looks like this. You want to keep your eyes above the base of the triangle or the pyramid the moment that you look below the base. So, like this gentleman right here. Sir. Right here. So can I demonstrate?
Yeah.
Okay. So you stand up. Okay. And I'm looking right at you. Right. Okay. So. And your name? E. Okay. And if I say E, it's a pleasure to meet you. Okay. Now what if I did this? E, it's a pleasure to meet you. The blood is on. So simply what I did. Vishen, I looked at him directly in the eye. The business context. Vishen, it's a pleasure to meet you.
Pleasure to meet you.
Okay, so you're not gonna think, oh, what's going on? But if I go like this, Vishen, it's a pleasure to meet you.
Wow. And that's just with eye movement.
That's just eye movement.
Now, can a guy do that to a woman? Or would that be.
A guy could do it to a woman, but the way the guy does it, it has to be where you're looking right at him or he's looking at the woman. And it's just like with the tilt. Yeah, yeah. Your mother is looking at you.
Yeah. It's really awkward having my mom in the audience.
I want to ask you on that, because sometimes being a woman.
Yes.
Can a woman feel more connected if the man just stays at the eye versus looking at the body? Is there a way that they can more seen or more loved?
Absolutely. So first of all, to all the men in the room and to the people, that woman are the person that you desire. You don't want to just look at the woman like she's a pork chop or a steak. You're looking at her like you don't want to do that. It's like, I gotta go. You know what I mean? Because that's a little creepy. You know what I mean? So you don't want to do that. You want to look at the woman as if she is the most important, important thing on this earth in the world at that moment. And by the way, fellas, just being quiet and the tilt of the head. Men have a tendency to want to fix women if their problems are issues we don't need you to fix you. We don't need you to fix us. Just listen. Just listen. And, fellas, do me a favor, practice this. Just nodding your head. Just do this. Just do this.
Oh, good job.
Okay, so let's say that the person in your life said, caleb, she's upset about something, and you guys are just looking at her like this. Watch it demonstrate like this. And I'm just going like this. So that will help her calm down. But here's the thing where you get the extra points. When you look at her, you nod like you understand affirmation, and then you tilt the head like this. Look at her.
I love that.
Simple movements without saying.
So this is what a man does to a woman. Is there a corresponding woman effect on a man?
Well, see, with men, all you have to do is look at a man a certain way and he just loses it. All right.
It's true.
Yeah, Men just lose it.
We are really, really, really simplistic machines.
Yeah, I mean, really, really. Men are stimulated by the visual. Women are often stimulated by the auditory. That's why it's so important that we need to hear the words. You know, quite often a man will say, oh, my gosh, what do you think? I bought this, and I do this, and I've got over the house for you and do all these things. And the woman would say, I just needed to hear you say you love me. And so we are stimulated by. And that's why with the lower register that men have, women love lower register. And also men love the lower register. Thank you so much. Because I'm getting.
Yeah, I feel the same.
Get one for Caitlyn.
Yeah, but I need it, like, so.
Vishen, Vishen, can you help me? Because I don't have a. No, can you help me? I don't have a mirror.
Absolutely. Yes. Perfect.
Do I need to get closer? You can make sure. Okay.
Feel good. Honey.
I saw him touch you. Is that a good move?
Did you see that?
I saw the touch. It was, like, so endearing.
So this, this is a really interesting point. Men love. Men absolutely love it when women ask them for help. I've been in situations, you know, like dating someone, and she's like. And I'm like, hey, why you're going through that stuff? Why didn't you call? And she thought, well, I didn't want to, like, add more to your life. You're already doing so much. And I tell her, no, like, I would drop everything for you. And I love it when you ask me. And so this is something about men, like men. And I think this was. John Gray wrote about this. And men are from Mars, women are from Venus. Men are drawn to women. They fall for women when they have an opportunity to help a woman and to make a woman happy.
Absolutely. See, here's the thing, ladies. We can be the CEO of our companies, but you don't have to be the chief everything officer as a woman. Allow the man to be the man. That's what my grandmother used to say. Allow the man to be the man. Yes, we know you can do it. We know you could take care of everything. But allow him to be able to do some of those things because it gives them joy to be able to do that. They're wired to be our protectors and to give that security. Allow them to do that. See, when you capture the man's mind, everything else will follow. Because you capture the mind, you capture the heart, everything else will follow.
When I interviewed you last, you spoke about a concept called the wet voice.
What? Yeah.
I don't know if it's because it sounds like you are. You have water in your mouth or because it makes you wet, I don't know. But the technique is called the wet voice. Linda, would you teach us this technique?
So right now I'm speaking in my regular natural voice. If I lower my register, it goes like this. Then if I begin to use the wet voice. So just imagine that the tongue, the palate is moistened, and then you speak to that person of your desire and you ask them, would you like to have some juice? What is going on with you all? Oh, my God. It's just orange juice. It's the difference if I would have said, would you like to have some juice? Right. Or would you like. By the way, Vishen, I have some chocolate in the refrigerator. Would you like some chocolate? It's different. When I say, would you like some chocolate?
What are you doing differently?
What do you feel differently?
What is that like?
It's just like. Can you. Caitlyn, can you hear it?
I hear it.
It's like I'm caressing him with my voice for juice. I did it. I gotta practice.
Does this only work for women? No, men can do it as well.
Teach me. Okay. I'm a teacher. Are you ready? Okay. Okay. Okay. Say, okay. Let's see. Can we practice with. Can you practice with Kayla? You want to? Because if you practice with me, it could be deadly. I'm just saying you got to know your own power. Okay.
You know, I could be deadly too.
So here's What I want you to do. Vision. I want you to say these words in your regular register, which is beautiful and deep and rich. I want you to say, I love the air that you breathe.
I love the air that you breathe.
Okay, so that sounds good right there. Okay? But I want you to look at me or Caitlin and say in the most seductive way, get your wet voice, honey. Get your wet voice.
Okay, I love.
Yeah, and get that. Get that breathiness you've had. You've. You've been out of. You've been out of breath before. You know what I mean?
I love the air that you breathe.
Oh, gosh. We're gonna get better. Did you hear it? Anybody hear it? Okay, so I want you to go like this. Listen to me. Go like this. I, I, I, I. And then go. Love.
Love.
Yes. The air. The air that you breathe.
That you breathe.
Your mother is applauding.
Wait, so I have a question. How can you take the wet voice and then add in body language to take it over the top?
Okay, so example. It's very difficult and challenging to do the wet voice, if you will, with very sharp, abrupt movements. So if you're. If. May I get up or walk? So if you're going like this. I love the air that you breathe. I love it. I love it. I love it. See, it doesn't work. But. Come on, Caitlin, stand up.
Oh, gosh, what's gonna happen?
Okay, Caitlin, go to the end. Okay. Work those long legs, girl. Okay, okay. All right, I'm following. So now, in your MC voice, just simply say, I love the air that you breathe. In your MC voice.
I love the air that you breathe.
See, that's a different thing. Now, find a gentleman in the room. Just spot someone. This is only a test. Feel it. Look at him. Think of your favorite fruit or dish or your favorite moment. Walk towards the person. Now, here's your seductive walk. Caitlin, look, this is the walk.
Oh, okay. I'm just backing up so I got room for that.
Right?
Go.
Ready?
And I say it.
Yes. Oh, God. See, so that's a part of the wet voice right there.
I love the air that you breathe.
Nailed it. Caitlin.
Oh, my gosh. That was. Yeah, that was something.
Wow.
How did that feel?
It felt. If I'm being totally honest, it felt. I think it's from programming growing up.
That it's, like, naughty. Yes. That is a bad thing that you're gonna burn kind of thing. Now, let me ask you this. Hold on. How did you feel? He felt hot.
We're both burning then.
See but so it's. And it's just the kindness of words. A lot of them. If you ask men in the room who've been married for a long time, they would all tell you that when they started dating that their significant other, their vocal tone was different. You know, according to a study by Dr. Maharabian on communication said that 38% of our communication is tonality. And quite often when I ask men. So what was your spouse, your partner's tone before you were married? It was softer. And she didn't nag at me or in her tone. How many women know what I'm talking about? How many fellows know what I'm talking about? Look at the hands going up, right? So it's the tone when it changes. And there's so many things that you can acquire and get. When we begin to talk with people, talk to people with love, kindness and compassion.
Can I ask you something?
Go ahead.
So I saw a study that said body language can actually change your hormones for a short period of time. So if you wanted somebody to fall in love with you, are there certain body language movements that you could do to release oxytocin in their brain to make them fall in love?
That's why so many Latin dances are so seductive.
Okay, we gotta go salsa.
Okay, so it's so seductive. So what happens? It begins with self love in the mind. And when you feel that in the mind, it shows up in the matter. And our brains are programmed to watch for movement in humans. It's primitive. So can you imagine someone moving with such elegance and grace and power and present, yet gentle at the same time? People are attracted to that. And so when you're feeling a certain way, that's why if you're feeling a bad way, people say, what's wrong with you? Are you okay? But when you're feeling good, they want to know what's up with you. And by the way, even the way you think you can have that after, you know what glow just by thinking. And so when you think that, you know how many of you can think about the very first time that you made love to someone that you really loved and care about, you could forget what happened yesterday, but you could think about that very first time and your body begins to go through those chemical changes. Am I right? When you first fell in love or someone. So you can actually do that. That's how powerful that super Neo computer is in our brain. So what? There's a saying that goes, whatever you think about comes about.
So we think that in our brain it starts to produce the chemicals in our body, and then our movement is actually emitting the love and that.
Think about this. Our bodies are so powerful that women in college who share the same dorm room. You know what I'm about to say, right? Ladies, do you know what I'm about to say? We know. Every woman knows, right? If you share the same dorm room, everything gets in sync on the same cycle. Am I right?
Yeah.
Two women. That's how powerful our bodies are.
There was a study I read about, and maybe you've heard of this, Linda. They wanted to see if the act of spraying on cologne on a man made him appear more sexy. So they had this group of men go into a room. The control group had to go into a room and speak in front of a camera. And they were being rated on attractiveness by women on another side of the building. So the woman couldn't see the men. They could only see the men's image on camera. Now, the second group, same thing, but before they walked into the room, they were given some cologne. And they were told, you know, this is a really attractive brand of cologne. Spray it on yourself. And then they'd go and they'd speak in front of the camera. Same deal. It turned out that even though the women were looking at these men in a monitor, they found the men who had sprayed the cologne significantly more attractive. So obviously, they're not smelling the cologne, but there's something going on in the man's mind when he puts this thing on. How would you explain that?
That activates the. The pheromones, by the way. And the moment that it's like. It's like giving yourself a placebo if you sin. Okay, in this glass of water. One of the glasses has the elixir of youth and sex appeal. Look, look.
See, I got.
And the moment. And it's called. And for those of you, you know, we've got the. One of the best hypnotists out there. The way a certain Suggest suggestions. So that's an auto suggestion. But when. If I spray this on, they do it to us in advertising. If I spray this on, this will happen. I don't know how many pair jeans that I can buy, but my butt doesn't look like Beyonce's. I don't know what I'm gonna do. But for some reason, if I buy this outfit or buy this, I begin to think and feel a certain way. We tell that to children. Do you know? It's so powerful. Just not just with the fragrance, because our nose plays a Big deal in how we communicate as well as how we taste and everything. So it's very, very critical. Men are attracted to like grapefruit and fruit scent smells because trees, fruits, we like to eat that. And that's why naturally primitive, we're attracted to that.
And what about women?
And the same thing. And so are women. And so are women.
So why are male perfumes mostly woody or musk?
Because they relate that in advertising to masculinity, to strength. Whereas women feminine soft flower base, like fruit base. Right. As opposed of your own natural, clean scent.
So what you're saying is there's a placebo effect to this. Wearing something that we believe is a high quality outfit, spraying on perfume, wearing a watch that's a pretty decent watch, it makes us feel more attractive and thus we act more attractive.
And it gives you the, the feeling of power as well. Women are attracted to power. Women are attracted to power.
Is there something that people are doing that's the like, we're talking about the positives we do. But is there something that people are doing, maybe unconsciously, that is repelling love, that is repelling people from them?
That's a great question. So one of the things that we all want to do, we want to be people, repel people magnets rather than people repellents. So the way you become a people magnet, it's not just about you. It's the value that you can extract from another person. How many times you've been around someone and all they talk about is how great they are, right? And then all of a sudden, I'm meeting you, meeting you, and I'm fascinated about your life and what it is that you do. We hardly have time to spend with our kids anymore. We live in a fast food technology generation. And by the way, high tech is great. Put a man on the moon, it's doing so many things, making our lives easier. But high tech will never, ever replace high touch. Until a robot's able to have a baby, it won't change it, right? So it's so important that I find the value in you. Because quite often, when do people take time to listen to us? We're busy. Oh, call me, call me when you can. We're busy, we're moving, and you have no idea. So when you begin to listen to a person and find out what's important to them, then you can build that rapport with them. And that's the first step of being attractive. Everybody going, mmm, is that yummy?
What are some of the most attractive behaviors that both Men and women could display, say, on a date.
Okay, so, okay. Can we keep this between us? Okay. Okay. Okay. So, okay, I'm looking at my niece because. No, no, no, no, no. The reason why I'm looking at my niece, so she travels with me a lot. And she says to me, she says, auntie, no offense, she says, you're starting to attract younger men. I'm going toss. Toss. I am. What a problem. Yeah, What a problem to have. Maybe it's the. Maybe it's the energy. Ladies, men are attracted to energy. Gentlemen, women are attracted to energy. So you're going on a date, and you're there on the dance floor. I always tell the girls and the guys, especially the ladies, to look at how the guy's dancing on the dance floor. So, okay. Look at how they dance. So if the guy is dancing and all you see is just upper movement upstairs, and he's just getting down upstairs, right. Just do it. Just doing it upstairs, right? Just doing it. You know, there may be cobwebs in the basement. I'm just saying. I'm just saying.
Work your legs at the gym is what you're saying.
You say, so. So think about this from being primitive. Being primitive. If we were on. You want to get on the dance floor? Okay.
I got a sprained ankle.
He.
Look, he's not a good idea. Come on stage, Irwin.
Come on.
This is so.
So lets me know. There'll be acrobatics in the bedroom. Right? All right. So can we just have a little music? Just a little music. And just to demonstrate. Just a little music. So I'm gonna set this up here. Just imagine we're in a club, you know, singles club, and I'm looking around and the music is playing, and I'm feeling good and then. Oh, feeling good. And, you know, and all of a sudden you're looking around and then our eyes meet. Was it music? Was the music. And then what do we do naturally? We don't even know each other. What do we do naturally? And see the reason. And see the reason why the lower part of our region moves, because now we're going into primitive. So guess what's happening? You're ready to mate with me. That's why we. No, that's why we dance that way. Why do you think about. Why do people dance that. That's why we dance that way. Thank you. It was a pleasure. Handshake.
Pleasure was mine.
So he just did a hand hug. Okay. He did a hand hug. So in business, usually you don't do the Hand hug. Politicians, by the way, do the hand hug quite a bit. Bill Clinton, very charismatic, did the hand hug. And he also touched the forearm. Touched my arm, yes. He would do that. So even when he would shake hands with you, you would feel that he did not want to leave you. He made everyone feel that way. And maybe some cases he didn't. Okay. But I'm just. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Okay, so shaking a hand. So watch. Watch us part. It was such a pleasure and a pleasure to meet you without rehearsing. So we're in sync. Thank you so much.
Thank you. E.
Again. Again, my friend. E. Thank.
You. You're such a tease.
That's probably why I stay boiling all the time.
So you're talking about men? What about women?
Yes.
Let's imagine a scenario. Sitting across someone or next to someone at a dinner table. First date.
Okay, so let's say we're. No, let's imagine this. The three of us are out. This is my best friend. Okay. She invited you to the party. Right. And I'm kind of liking you. Right. So we're all talking about great things, and I need to let you know that I like you. So you begin to share some things about yourself. So what do you do? Well, tell me more.
I see it. I see it.
You see? So without even saying a word. So if I don't even say the words and I go like this. Okay, now there's the other thing. Just leaning in. There's power in leaning in. We have a tendency to lean towards things that we, like, are curious about or have an interest in and away from things that we don't. So can you imagine if someone says something to you that was quite rude? Whatever. You go like. It's called taken aback, the body language. Jerks. And it happens. And we are missing those cues in the meeting. Now if we're meeting for the very first time. Safe touch. Building rapport. I'm marrying him. Building rapport.
Hi.
Hi.
It's working.
What is it? This is not rehearsed.
What if you're feeling. Because especially nowadays, everyone's communicating and talking, dating online, on apps. So meeting someone in person, there can be a lot of anxiety. There's social anxiety. Maybe you're not feeling confident. Is there something that you can do ahead of that date or even in that date? Body language to help yourself feel more comfortable and more confident.
Excellent. You're good. You should do more this. Okay. Okay. So everyone say open, open eye, lean, beam. Okay. So making sure that your body language, your Power zones are open. And when I say power zones, the throat area, right? This little dip here called the suprasternal notch, the heart area. Quite often women, if they've been on a bad date or their heart's been broken, they often will meet someone. When someone introduces, like, okay, hi, how are you? They're all closed up. The house is locked down. So open an eye contact. Eye contact, by the way, not glaring, you know? And when you're talking, look away. Then go back to home base. Look away as you begin to talk and go back to home base. So open eye, leaning in. If you're interested in what they have to say. Because the more they talk, the more they feel good. Because you're listening. And the beam. And the beam is that internal fire in you that comes out. You look at you. You know what to do. I was just practicing, you know? You know, and that. Because now when every time he says something or she says something, it's that internal fire where you're lighting up. So open. I lean and be open eye. Lean and be open eye. Can you move, honey?
I love it.
Lean and bean. All right. And so that's the thing that I recommend when you're going on a date. Now, safe touch, safe touch. Forehand, right on the hand, the arm. Safe touch. You don't want to get too forward and go like, that was so great. That joke that you told was just awesome. You don't want to do that because some of you may like it. Okay, but you're not.
So let's put it all together. Show me what it'll look like. If we were on a date and you, as a woman, wanted to really let me know that you were into me.
Okay? So one of the things that I will do, I'm gonna now watch this. Instead of sitting back in the chair, came forward. I'm gonna get at the edge of my seat. In body language, it's called seat S E A T. Ready. I'm ready to launch. Seat ready. I'm ready to launch. I also tell college kids when they're going for job interviews to be seat ready. You don't want to sit in the back and seat. Yeah, I'm really excited about. Maybe we can do something together. Visha. No, I mean, really. And so I'm at the edge of my seat. So that tells you, get ready. Something's about to take place. You notice my eyes are wide open, you know, so it's like a little child. You tell a child they're gonna go see Mickey. What did they do with their eyes. Yay. You know, when we're excited, our expressions are open. Using orbicular oculi muscles, the zygomatic major muscles, to do the genuine smile. And I'm gonna let you know what I like and what I admire about you. Three things. Three things that I admire about you. You were destined, I know, to be a leader and to change lives. Because I feel you're changing mine. Wow. You were.
I need a glass of.
Water.
That hand touch. Keep going, keep going.
Me next.
Me next.
We need to get a waiter over here.
Oh, that feels so good.
Just a little. Okay. Are you okay?
I'm good. I'm very good. Just a little wet.
I don't know where this can go. I don't know what the future holds. But I do know I see you in my future.
Wow. Thank you, Linda Clemens. Thank you, Linda Clemens. So we ran out of time.
Oh, my God.
It was so fun. I loved that. Thank you so much.
