Hi, everyone, and welcome to our masterclass on energy medicine. I've got two extremely special guests with me today. Donna has trained more than 100,000 people. David received an Outstanding Contribution Award from the association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology.
I think of energy as maybe the body's very best medicine. And we evolved alongside this energy, so we've always had it. And its job was to heal us. We just have gotten so far away from learning about our energies that we forgot everyone has the ability to heal themselves. It's in us. All these amazing energy systems, and all I think I'm doing is helping people remember.
